Vacation rentals with breakfast in Porto Santo Stefano

Debora welcomed us with her dad in this gem of an apartment where nothing is left to chance and everything is taken care of in every detail! Very clean, nothing is missing, neither in the bathroom nor in the kitchen. Even the big TV in the living room is equipped with Firestick and in the evening we were able to watch a series on Netflix! Super recommended and, if we ever find ourselves in Val d'Orcia again, we will have no doubts about where to stay! ❤️ Thanks, Debora 🥰

The apartment is beautiful as well as the location. Marcello was so kind and accommodating. He was available for anything and helped direct us in the best way possible. He gifted us a bottle of Prosecco and a cake due to the Easter holidays. I cannot recommend the apartment enough, as well as Marcello as a host. It is a very special place. We took the opportunity to visit the Terme di Saturnia which was very close to the apartment as well as a nearby town of Pitigiano. A great base for exploring the area and coming back to relax and enjoy the beautifully restored accommodation. Our only negative was that we stayed only one night, I wish we could have stayed longer and already plan to return as soon as we can! Thank you for everything!

It was my second time as a guest of Ida, if we go back to the Amiata, I think we will come back to her. We enjoyed staying there, comfortable and complete with everything you need.

For those who are looking for an authentic break from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the place to be! Alessandra is a genuine host and, despite being in a tiny village just at the corner of the famous Montalcino, Ale's place extremely exceeded our expectations. The pristine traditional setting, the breathtaking view of the Ombrone basin, and above all the hospitality and generosity of the host were definitely worth the visit. What's more, enjoying the dancing flames of the pellet stoof was a wonderful surprise to enjoy the crispy night! We highly recommend Ale's suite, and we're looking forward to hearing more fabulous reviews from adventurers seeking authentic adventures to know more about Italy's authenticity.

Grace was a kind and hospitable host. The house, clean and quiet, offered us a pleasant stay with all the comforts.

We found the fireplace lit upon our arrival, the fire is hot and cozy. Excellent hospitality from Lucia, nice farmhouse in the middle of nature, good food, good breakfast plentiful and varied.... we felt truly at home... thanks to Lucia and her family. See you soon Sabrina

We had a nice stay in the apartment which is both practical, clean and tastefully decorated with a short distance to both groceries, dining, etc. Carolina was a very friendly and welcoming host who gave us great tips about the area.

I have been to this area of Tuscany several times but if I had to go back there I would not hesitate a minute: Fattoria di Pietra! Place is really great and the hospitality and kindness are definitely not lacking. Very spacious, beautiful and clean rooms.

The stay in the apartment was pleasant , Ilaria is a great host , always available and able to give you great advice. Very clean apartment, strategic location both for its proximity to shops and restaurants , and to reach the beaches of the Argentario, with an added value of the private parking space.

Luca’s place was the perfect place to stay in Grosseto. The location was just inside the walls of the Centro Storico. Luca suggested nearby street parking that was cost effective, safe and only a 5-minute walk to the apartment. Luca met me and carried my bag up to the first floor. He thoughtfully designed the space to be comfortable and functional. Everything is new and lovely. Highly recommend.

Giacomo, was an absolute legend! Such a great guy, welcoming and helpful. The property is set amongst beautiful gardens overlooking the spectacular Tuscan countryside. Very cool old house with awesome views into the valley. The stones the house is build out of looked super cool and gave a real medieval feeling.

The place is great, with a very good breakfast. The room is big and the bathroom very clean. Only downside, the mattress was too soft for us. Herma is very kind, had a great conversation with her. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back to her.

The place was beautifully and tastefully decorated, with a great attention to detail that made it feel very cozy and inviting. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was fantastic – just a pleasant walk to the sea, which we absolutely loved. We had an unforgettable three-night stay at Monia’s wonderful airbnb! The property is surrounded by nature, with a beautiful garden overlooking the water and friendly animals all around. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and truly felt like home. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, and lovingly decorated, with fresh tea and clean towels always available in the room. Monia (always with a smile and laughing) spoiled us with delicious breakfasts and even prepared a fantastic homemade four-day menu for just €35—everything was fresh and full of love. Her house wine was excellent and only €10. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We’ll definitely be back - thanks for everything!

We had a lovely 2 days at this air BnB. Simone greeted us on arrival and even took our luggage to the room. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and was a great place to unwind after a busy few days! Breakfast was delicious. Fresh food provided every morning including fresh coffee and baked goods! I really rate this place highly! Will recommend to my friends and family.

We spent two nights in the property managed by Mr. Croce who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived, recommending with great fun from the best beaches to the most characteristic restaurants around Magliano. The room, overlooking the interior garden (for a fresh and relaxing breakfast) and the Isla del Giglio is even more beautiful than the photos. Cleanliness and silence make the stay even more pleasant. It's unfortunate to only spend two nights, and we'll be back as soon as possible. Highly recommended!!!
