Family-friendly vacation rentals in Porto Santo Stefano

We had a great week at Villa Berenice! The wide view is absolutely gigantic. The house is very quietly situated at the end of a small street, so you can enjoy your vacation in complete privacy. House and garden were large, cozy and well maintained. Communication was also great! Absolutely recommended!

The place was spotlessly clean! Surrounded by pine trees in a very quiet place. The property offers parking, however, all were occupied. You can still park directly at the property on the side of the road (for free). The owner speaks very good English!

Simple and beautiful! The house is located in the middle of the vineyards and has a fantastic terrace that invites you to share a glass of wine or the like to enjoy the fantastic view over the sea. In the adjacent vegetable garden, tomatoes grow, zucchini,rosemary and much more. The house is clean,tidy and offers everything you need. The situation is quiet and yet offers various excursion destinations. Furthermore, there is a pizza oven and a grill outside. A little tip: The Gärtner Pietro is a fantastic barbecue master!Just go shopping with him and grill together:) Also worth mentioning is the great communication with the host. We got not only a super detailed description of the place but also many tips regarding various excursion destinations. Questions were also answered quickly and in detail. If you love nature and Italy and want to switch off, this is the place to be. Also highly recommended with children!

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

We just had a wonderful weekend in this extraordinary villa and are very satisfied with our experience. The house is spectacular, with a pool of the right size, a heated jacuzzi pool, and a gas barbecue that has made our evenings unforgettable. The villa offers privacy and tranquility difficult to find elsewhere. It consists of two independent apartments, furnished with taste and comfort. It was the perfect oasis of relaxation to get away from the daily routine. The only downside is checkout at 9am, with no chance to postpone it. Despite this, the stay was exceptional and we would definitely come back! I recommend this villa to anyone looking for a retreat of luxury and absolute peace. P.S. All the staff I had the pleasure of interacting with was super friendly and accommodating; special mention for Cosmo, for his courtesy and kindness!

Great accommodation, in the middle of the countryside, quiet although close to the village and the beach. Rustic charm, but it's all working.

Fantastic abode hidden below the village of Saturnia. The property is fantastic, and has sunshine all day beating down on the garden and pool area. The house has everything you'd need, well kitted out kitchen, and all bedrooms are en-suite. AC worked well, so good sleeping wasn't lacking. The outdoor grill area and living room were also great, especially at night while watching the stars and listening to the nature all around. And for our group, which included 5 kids and a couple of digital nomads, the wi-fi kept up to keep everyone satisfied. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and look forward to being back in Saturnia.

The house was exactly like the pictures. It has been designed for comfort as much as possible. Thanks to the barbecue in the garden we had a great time with our guests. The house is located about 5 km from the city center, in a quiet area, near many beaches. It is very suitable for families with cars and kids. The host was very responsive and gave us all the information we needed. We were satisfied with our vacation from July 21 to August 3 and can recommend it. Thank you

I was in Castiglione della Pescaia for a week with my family and dog. I had a really good time at Flavia's place, very clean, very nice location and well-kept garden. I have to say that it is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the tranquility of a vacation.

Lovely place with peace and space to relax. The apartment is equipped with almost everything you need. The hosts are sweet and welcoming and would like to help if needed. They live next door but there is still nice space for privacy. Only downside is that there are a few bugs that can be a little disruptive, so remember mosquito spray or other!

The house is located near Saturnia and other places in the Maremma...a strategic place to visit these places in a quiet setting with a walled garden where we could leave our dog and relax to read a book in the fresh air Massimo and his wife are super accurate in welcoming the parking lot is in the garden of the house very comfortable

The house is spacious, clean and very well maintained, with all the comforts you need. 5 minutes by car from the waterfront and the area of the main bars/restaurants and attractions of Porto Santo Stefano. The owner, Simona, is always very helpful and available for any need.

Perfect spot for a Tuscany experience. Nicely located between two friendly villages with fantastic restaurants and any supplies that you may need. The swimming pool was well maintained by Luciano and was used by us multiple times a day, for our group it was a highlight of the property. We all came away very happy with our stay and would totally recommend staying at this property.

We booked Oriana’s place for two nights and absolutely loved it it’s worth all the money paid and loved the space 🫶💕

We had wonderful and relaxing days in the little cottage. Our dog also felt comfortable and could move freely on the fenced area. The family lives at the property. However, you will not be disturbed and privacy is given. The hosts are very friendly and you feel right at home. However, you have to be aware that the cottage is very remote and you should plan some time before reaching restaurants, groceries, etc. But this did not bother us. :-)

I hate to write this review, because I would like to keep that amazing place to myself! It is the ultimate holiday destination with all you may need to relax, enjoy amazing views and experience the nature. Pictures don’t do justice to this amazing apartment with 5 terraces, beautiful interior and all comfort you may need. It’s a real place, filled with art, books, board games and with a fully equipped kitchen. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Very nice apartment, well maintained, well furnished, clean, with everything you need. It is really in a nice place, in the middle of greenery, isolated and very quiet, around it is everything very well cared for, there is a beautiful pool and an equipped barbecue area. Mari, the host is responsive and kind. In the vicinity of the apartment there are dogs that guard the flocks of sheep in the area, very tame, we stayed in the apartment with our dog and we had no problem of coexistence. Maybe the only thing I missed is the wifi, but the cell phone is still great. Highly recommended, especially for those who love to be surrounded by greenery.

A peaceful oasis. A terraced garden cared for in every detail with a wide variety of plants. Swimming pool overlooking the valley, the house is equipped with every comfort. Relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle. I recommend this truly unique property!

Such a wonderful house from wonderful people, beautifully decorated by Francesco and Alessandra. We felt right at home and had a great time. The pool made the Italian heat bearable and we enjoyed having the week to relax and unwind. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook, but if you don't there is a wonderful pinza in Magliano; ask them, you won't regret it. A trip to the sea is also not too long if the pool is not big enough for you.

Lovely spot, lovely location, great views, run by a really friendly man who has real pride over the villa he built 20 years ago. Beautiful garden, great pool, lots of pool and garden toys /sports equipment felt like home from home. Only small negative, kitchen was a bit small and indoor space would be if 8 staying. However in summer the outdoor small more than compensates for this. Recommend now following google maps and using villa instructions for getting there instead. Google’s roads around here are not always drivable roads unless you have a 4x4 and take you on very in direct routes adding lots of time to journeys.
