Beautiful open space attic with rooftop terrace overlooking the breathtaking bay, very bright and completely new, a very special object of its kind. The house is in a prime location in all respects, in a residential and quiet setting on a private road a two minute walk from two wonderful beaches and a 10 minute walk from the village and all amenities. It is equipped with all the comforts and has private parking included inside the property.

The 40 m² apartment directly above the sea is in a quiet location, just 70 m from the beach promenade of Marciana Marina and a few meters to the beaches of the village. The house is located in the ancient district. Cinema set for the episodes of 'Delikte des Barlume,' an Italian crime series set in the heart of Tuscany. The designer apartment with very high ceilings was completely restored as a loft in 2023 and comfortably furnished.

THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIOMBINO HAS INTRODUCED A TOURIST TAX OF €1.50 PER PERSON FOR EVERY NIGHT SPENT IN THE CITY. THE TAX IS REQUIRED FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment for the total nights booked. Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
