Very clean and well equipped house. House maintenance 100% in day, very well cared for. We traveled for work and spent 3 days there with 13 people. Everyone thought it was excellent!

We only went as a family for one night and it was worth it. It's like being part of the Harry Potter world from the inside. The multitude of details that the place has make it wonderful. Nothing is left to chance, everything is carefully placed. It's a unique place and highly recommended. The host is very friendly, a beautiful person, who even welcomed us with a delicious gift! A worthy location to visit.

A great place to spend the day, I had to do some work today in the office and the place was very quiet and I was able to have my meetings quietly. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. When I go to Porto Alegre again I will book with them, as they were very reliable and transparent at all times.

I couldn't have chosen a better place. I had surgery and this place met all my expectations and I was able to have an excellent recovery due to the entire structure offered in this beautiful apartment. All employees are polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. The restaurant in the building is an extra plus when you can't go somewhere else, homemade food, extremely tasty. Esteban and Alice are always available to answer any questions. We very much like the space, served us super well, very quiet condominium, very well organized and equipped apartment. We went to the town for work and needed a place to rest in tranquility and security, and we found it in this apartment. The host Simone served us promptly, with much education and zeal. A Jaque, Everton's wife, welcomed us very well, super friendly and helpful. The apartment is simple, but very cozy, well ventilated and is close to many conveniences. Carrefour in front, and less than 5 minutes walk from the American Consulate (which was great for us), it really is very practical for those who need to go to the Consulate. Jaque gives several local tips. The town hall was very kind and the neighbors loved and quiet. It's worth it! Blissful place! Everton was still flexible with the schedule, that helped us a lot.
