Excellent house, very well used space

I was received and had all contact with Vera, who was previously indicated by Rosemary. Vera was incredibly caring, kind and proactive. No host could be better. The apartment is very well maintained and equipped, with a washing machine, microwave, stove, television, fan, etc. It's on a quiet street, but with a lot of activity nearby. I found the rent charged quite advantageous for the guest. I'll probably be back.

Carol (I feel like I can call her that, she's so nice) was one of the best hosts I've ever had!! It was like a friend who lives far away wanting to be present! She gave great tips/suggestions about the city, always responded quickly to any questions I had (even when they were not related to the house) and was super truthful in the listing!! Her house is delightful, beautiful, sophisticated, clean... a real haven!! The neighborhood is super residential, quiet and with great parks. The Iguatemi mall is very close. I'll be back for sure!!

This Airbnb is amazing, it has a wonderful / cinematic view of Guaiba! The hosts are very helpful and respond promptly, always very solicitous. We recommend that you shop before going to Airbnb because the nearest market is about 2.5 km from the residence, so if you don't want to go back and forth wasting time with it, it's interesting that you already make a good purchase! Everything else was perfect, a cozy and welcoming place.

I stayed at Juliane and André's loft for an event in the city. From the first communication, they were super cordial. The apartment is very well located, close to restaurants, pharmacies, markets and in a neighborhood with a lot of life. In addition, it is well equipped, clean, well decorated and even with some treats. I intend to return.

Spacious space, with three bedrooms, kitchen equipped with utensils, spices, complimentary snacks and laundry equipped with machine and soap. Better than expected. Heater and air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room.

Very good location, quiet street and easy to access. There is a market, bakery and bars nearby, you can do everything on foot. The apartment was organized and clean, the stay was great.

Beautiful, clean apartment, very well cared for in the smallest details! Eliane gave us incredible attention, the common areas of the building are great, especially for children, it has two indoor toy libraries and two outdoor playgrounds, and the location is very good, we walked to the consulate and Carrefour easily, there is a great mall nearby too.

Emerson was very attentive and the apartment is extremely well located and very cozy. There is private parking next to the building, which made our stay immensely easy. We were among 4 people, the sofa bed is very comfortable, better than many beds in some other locations. Super recommend and I will definitely return to the same airbnb if I'm passing through Porto Alegre again.
