Our apartment is new and has been prepared and equipped with everything you need to enjoy the best view of Porto Alegre with the famous Guaíba sunset from the 14th floor window and create the best memories. With air conditioning in the suite and in the living room and kitchen/barbecue environment is prepared with double bed, sofa bed or extra mattresses for your comfort. My wife and I will be happy to welcome you to our space and wish you a great stay.

Comfortable apartment, in an upscale neighborhood, super quiet, we are behind the Military Brigade post, close to Iguatemi mall, restaurants, Unisinos and PUC College, Cristo and Conceição Hospitals, American Consulate and easy access to other neighborhoods in the city. Our capacity is a maximum of 11 guests. We don't have a garage, only parking on the sidewalk in front of the building. We don't have air-conditioning.
