This apartment was a great choice! Charming, cozy, well-equipped, and the building has great infrastructure! Not to mention the location, which offers several possibilities, such as a market, pharmacy, bars, restaurant, beauty salon, all very close! There was a treat waiting for us when we arrived, very affectionate! And Lúcio's service is very attentive too! We love it and if we need it again at any time, we'll be back!

From booking to check-out, the service was impeccable. Super quick responses and very attentive. The apartment is well located, new, with all the utensils (plates, bowls, pots, air fryer, blender, popcorn maker, coffee maker) and amenities with a gym and swimming pool. The room is a good size, has a nice bed and a bathroom with an amazing shower. Anyway, we love it and I hope to return soon. Well located apartment, close to restaurants, malls, supermarkets and the airport.

Elaine was extremely helpful and responsive prior to our arrival, during our stay and after we left. Her apartment is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. It maximizes the relatively small space and she clearly put thought into making her guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. From the printed instructions for the basics (WiFi, TV, etc) to the power strip for plugging in devices by the living room couch. We would stay in her place again in a heartbeat!

Note 10! The Condominium is excellent, as is the apartment. Vale every cent. Extremely safe local, even has coffee inside the condominium, and the surroundings are also very safe If you're going to the consulate, there is no error. We went in a 5 minute walk from the condominium, very quiet.

Amazing apartment. It has a beautiful sunset view, both in the apartment and on the rooftop, which also has a gym and a leisure area. It is in a great location and even has a grocery store on the ground floor. Friendly host and responds quickly. Anyway, we love it and we already want to go back.

LOVELY! The apartment is beautiful, exactly as shown in the listing photos: everything is new, impeccably clean, well distributed and functional. The building is super safe, the common areas are beautiful and well organized, and the rooftop pool is a delight. Katia was absolutely sensational from start to finish, we had some unforeseen events during the trip and she always responded quickly and helped us a lot to overcome these challenges. Very polite, proactive and efficient, she made all the difference in making our trip to Porto Alegre unforgettable. I just have to thank you for the wonderful stay, we'll be back soon!

The host is kind, attentive and responds quickly. The apartment is perfect for a couple. Close to the mall, the waterfront and basic infrastructure. The bathroom has a wonderful shower, the bedroom has a comfortable bed with new and fragrant linens. In the kitchen, the equipment is modern and works very well, I fell in love with it. The integrated living room has a giant TV screen and the design makes the environment unique. The garage is spacious and the gym, although not very large, is very good. The building is quiet, as is the neighborhood. Check in and out are easy and fast. An experience worthwhile. We count the days to go back.
