Complete and cozy apartment

This great apartment is excellent for those looking to stay in the Cidade Baixa neighborhood. Decorated to receive those who want to stay for a few days or months, sunny, it has a Smart TV, air-conditioning, standard hotel linen, and a parking space. In the building, there is a complete infrastructure in the common areas, fitness center, game room, kids space, cinema, wet and dry sauna, two party rooms, as well as an outdoor area with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi, and a view of the wonderful sunset.

A bright interior space is showcased with large glass doors allowing natural light to flood in. A scenic view of the sunset over the water is visible through the doors. An elegant cabinet with glass doors displays dishware, and the room features light-colored flooring.

The best place to watch the sunset in Porto Alegre. Panoramic view, spacious and airy apartment, in front of the Marinha do Brasil park, the revitalized sports area, two blocks from Praia de Belas shopping mall, near the Beira Rio stadium, Iberê foundation, Pontal do Guaíba and downtown Porto Alegre.

Apartment with a view of the countryside

The apartment is very cozy and has a beautiful view. The energy of the entire site is very light, has a large space of vegetation of APP, the building has very good structure. Miguel is a great host, attentive to messages, was kind enough to relax check-in and delivered the impeccable, very clean apartment, with everything super smelling. I want to live there. I really felt at home.

Excellent apartment, a quiet option with a forest view in a super urban area of Porto Alegre, close to everything. The condominium is also excellent and the host is very attentive. The stay was really worth it. We intend to repeat!

It perfectly met all my needs, I intend to return to Porto Alegre at the end of the year and without a doubt I will stay in the same place!
