Great place and location

Stayed at Jesus' place with my family, including my brother, my brother's wife, my brother's daughter, my dad, my mom, and my two sisters, although not everyone stayed the night at the same time. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep, but only one bathroom, and it felt a little cramped when we were all there during the day. This ended up working pretty well for us, but it was a relatively short stay.

Second time staying. Place is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend

Excellent place to stay, everything can be used, jacuzzi very good pools too, the rooms excellent and very clean overall you feel very comfortable with everything.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was so convenient as we were so close to the beach and popular restaurants. We did a day trip to el Valle which was only 45 minutes away. We enjoyed our time in the hot tub and there were plenty of places for all our guests to sleep. We called Rafael a few times and he was always ready and eager to help us. We really felt like he took care of us like family. Our number one priority was safety and we felt very safe in the gated community.

Very beautiful place to stay at with amazing views! Gated and secured by security at the entrance so very safe and trusting area. Has its own trail that leads to a private section of a beach. Pools and jacuzzi available. Mid point between Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo. Host is accommodating. Great experience all throughout.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a condo in Baja Las Gaviotas. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The standout feature of this condo was the breathtaking view and waking up to the ocean's expanse each morning was truly a treat. While the condo was generally well-appointed, there were a few quirks worth noting. The master bedroom had a glass wall, which could be a concern for those who value privacy. Additionally, the window coverings didn't fully cover the windows, which might be an issue for light sleepers. However, these aspects didn't detract significantly from the overall experience. Las Gaviotas itself is a gem. The community is beautiful and impeccably maintained. Safety is priority and there are multiple security guards always on duty. A special shoutout to Mario, the host, who was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to answer any questions we had.
