Very very nice and individually furnished tasteful apartment, very very charming terrace overlooking the fruit garden and over the whole bay, we got a bottle of red wine to welcome us and were allowed to use oranges, lemons from the garden that were really delicious!! In Santa Flavia, which is also within walking distance, there are small original grocery stores and everything you need. There is also a train connection to Palermo during the day. Filippo picked us up in the village and dropped us off at the property. Very friendly, many helpful tips about Palermo and surroundings, he also sent us further information via WA on our demand for a good term. -- Highly recommended accommodation! We felt very comfortable!

We stayed with 6 people in the beautiful house of Paolo. It has ample space for everyone. The garden is spacious and beautifully designed. The kitchen is missing a few small things. The contact was always very friendly, our requests and small concerns were always fulfilled quickly. We booked the first time through Abnb. Thank you so much for the wonderful time

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

Roberto's villa is breathtakingly beautiful! We stayed as a family of all ages from kids to grandparents and everything was wonderfully thought out. Roberto was there to welcome us and his generosity was unsurpassed from helping with our first shop to local restaurant recommendations, we cannot thank you enough for making it such a wonderful trip! The pool was spotless and the layout great for a big group! The photos do not do this place justice. Would have loved to use the pizza oven, next time for sure...we cannot wait to return xx

Elena's Baglio was exactly as described. Check-in went very well with an information email a few days before check-in and very helpful instructions. We were greeted with fruit growing around the Baglio and we regret not having eaten more! The lemons and mandarins were delicious. The setting was peaceful, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The silence and the birdsong, great! Also, the inner courtyard is authentic and appreciable for spending good relaxing moments. As for the Baglio, it was clean, spacious and the bedding was very comfortable. Le Baglio is a 30-minute drive from Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. So, very accessible. Finally, Elena was available throughout the stay to answer our questions and inform us. Thank you Elena for your kindness! ;) And thank you Marilena for hosting us :)

We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a family of 4. We enjoyed the view and the swimming pool. Giuseppe was very helpful and made local recommendations. Especially the bakery, ice cream shop and restaurant nearby we were happy with (S.Nicola), but also a lovely trip to Cefalú - where the restaurant A Paranza made delicious pizzas. Giuseppe also recommended good restaurants in Palermo. We would definitely recommend the place to others and would love to come back.

David is a very friendly, funny, and warm host who met us at the apartment to make sure our check in was smooth (and it was!). He totally made us feel right at home and welcome -- just a great person to talk to! The apartment was terrific -- the kitchen was well-equipped, and the space was roomy and spotless. The location was perfect as well -- close to the water and within walking distance to all the markets, and tons of stores and restaurants. Palermo is an awesome city, made even more special by Davide and his place. Thank you for a perfect stay, Davide!!!

Vincenzo's place has a good location just out of the centre of Palermo. It is clean, well furnished and has everything you will need for an extended stay. I was there for a month and found that I had everything that I needed. The kitchen is well equipped and the internet is fast and reliable. Although the apartment is small, the space is very well utilized. A great option for a comfortable stay in Palermo.

We had a great stay in Palermo. The apartment is very central and within easy walking distance of the main sights. Having a Lidl around the corner was very handy! Michelangelo was very helpful and friendly and gave us help about driving in and out of the ZTL which we would not otherwise have realised. The apartment was very clean, spacious and private. Beautiful apartment in the center of the old town with 2 balconies. An island of calm. Only bird voices are audible, although we are in the middle of a noisy lively city. Lucia was very helpful and everything worked out great.

Quiet place, located in a good spot, close to everything you need. Marina has been very friendly and responsive.

Giulia was a very kind host, always available for advice and for any request for clarification. The apartment is very nice and centrally located to visit Palermo. We were very satisfied and definitely recommend La Casa di Giulia to everyone for a relaxing stay in Palermo.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Valentina is an excellent host, always very quick to respond and very helpful letting us into the apartment well before the check in time. The neighborhood is very nice, not as busy as the touristic center but still in the heart of the city. Please be aware that the free parking is not on location but a few blocks away. Not a problem at all once Valentina sent us the location. We can highly recommend the apartment and it’s great host.

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

Giuseppe's apartment was great. Above all, the location: right in the heart of Ballarò, just a few blocks from a bustling old-school Sicilian market. Giuseppe was also extremely attentive. The apartment was newly renovated, clean, and stocked with water, cake, and coffee. We had a brief issue with the wifi that he personally came and sorted out immediately. Would absolutely recommend if you're looking for an authentic Palermo experience.

We, two ladies , stayed there for 5 nights. We wanted to have two „equal bed rooms“ and this was fully matched ( and is not easy to be found in Airbnb‘s in Italy). We even had two bathrooms which was very convenient for us. We liked the location - right between Capo Market and Teatro Massimo. In a street with large trees. The flat has new windows, they close perfectly, we were not bothered through any traffic noise. The flat is very functional, bathrooms very ok, high water pressure, always hot water. We had some very cold days and really loved that the central heating worked!! Fully positive suprise for Palermo , where you hardly find a heating or one that can be put on in April. We also highly appreciated that Giulia made a sooner check in possible and a check out at 11:30. Eased our life with two trolleys enormously 😊 thanks once again! The apartment is in a pedestrian area two minutes from the central Via Macqueda and 5 minutes from Vucciria. Easily reachable in 15 minutes, for those coming from the train station, using the bus (so from those coming from the airport I recommend getting to Pa with the train that travels every hour) Just close the windows and you are isolated from Palermo's liveliness. The stay was impeccable, the host Simona was always available and attentive to every request. The apartment was very clean, with comfortable beds and all the comforts. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back because I left a piece of heart in Palermo.

The apartment is clean and tastefully furnished, with everything you need. It was a little noisy during the day because the house was being renovated, but that's probably just temporary.
