The pool, perfectly cared for, is the real heart of the house: spending the days on the bathtub with a splendid view of the sea has been restorative. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. In short, this villa is perfect for those looking for an elegant and relaxing retreat, where the sea, nature and peace meet in perfect balance. Can't wait to go back!

We were a family of seven, grandparents, parents, three very active boys (ages 6-12). The owner and his wife were gracious hosts, greeting us with Easter time treats. The house and gardens are even more impressive than the description. Our beds were comfortable. The kitchens were well-equipped. We had a mishap and the host generously helped to solve it. You must have a car. The host can recommend excellent beaches and fun things to do We would love to return.

Wonderful experience and wonderful hosts. The villa is located in a quiet location, easily accessible especially thanks to the owners' directions. We had the opportunity to receive friends and relatives in a well-kept, pleasant environment equipped with every kind of comfort. The villa deserves respect and care from guests, but this is easy to understand from the first moment of the stay because you immediately perceive how much effort the owners put into keeping it in order and in perfect condition. We took full advantage of the pool, which gave our vacation that extra something. The garden and the porch are spacious and enjoyable. Thank you Ilenia and thank you Elio. We'll be back!

We absolutely loved our stay. The hosting is exceptional and the property itself is clean, modern and met all of our needs. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stayed much longer. The facilities are excellent. We enjoyed the hot tub and would have used the sauna and pool if we were able to stay for more nights. The stay was full of nice little extras. Everything is very well thought through. Finally, the nearby town Caccamo was lovely and felt very local and authentic rather than touristic which we found appealing. This Airbnb would make a great base to come back to after full days of sightseeing.

We had a beautiful, amazing stay! We started off our trip in Catania area and finished it here. It’s only a couple min ride from the airport which was great for us since we flew out of Palermo. The home looked just like the photos. In fact, the yard/pool even looked bigger in real life. We couldn’t use the pool because it rained a bit during our stay, but it was super clean/we still had a blast and enjoyed sitting outside when it stopped raining. We traveled with 4 young children and they absolutely loved the play area on the lawn. That was such a nice added bonus. Home was spotless and had enough space to fit our group of 12. PLENTY of extra blankets and linen. Each room had AC which was nice too. Host was very responsive and great at communicating! We didn’t have any issues finding the home and we were greeted upon arrival with some yummy pies and snacks. So grateful we found this gem.

we stayed 10 days at Paola's. We were 4 couples. The accommodation is impeccable, very clean, the kitchen is very well equipped. The summer kitchen is great and the terrace is large. The rooms are very good for vacation. In one bedroom, there are bunk beds. The pool is heated. Paola is a host who listens to her tenants. She always responded to our calls and is very responsive. We rented a car with Paola's help. It was very good. The shuttle from the airport to the house and from the house to the airport was great too. The shuttle driver, Pietro, is a very friendly and very kind person. We recommend Paola's accommodation and will be happy to go back.

I would definitely recommend the place! It was clean and very comfortable. Fabrizio is a really communicative host - he answered all our questions, he was always responsive quickly and gave us lots of good recommendations. There was no problem with the check in as Fabrizio was there with us to show us everything. The location of the place is good - there is a beach few minutes away from the apartment. It is a rocky beach, but around 20 minutes walk away there is a sandy beach. There is a bus close to the apartment that goes to Palermo and Mondello, so if you don’t have a car it will be good too. There wasn’t much noise, you can hear the cars from the street but it wasn’t loud at all. The only thing we were a bit disappointed is that you have to pay for the swimming pool - we paid 25€ per person for only one day to enter and use it. It was disappointing as we thought the pool comes with the price. But other than that the apartment and Fabrizio as a host were great! :)

Very nice rental, very well furnished! Beautiful terrace, beautiful balcony view of the pool and garden. Everything is conducive to relaxation. Impeccable cleanliness is noteworthy. The large swimming pool and surroundings are superb. Our kids spent hours enjoying and playing it. The night lighting is very nice. The owners are very welcoming, pleasant and caring. The rental is well placed for beautiful sightseeing. We recommend this house. We had an excellent stay. Everything was perfect for us.

We had the magical family holiday in Sicily staying at Fabrizio and Maria's apartment. The location was perfect for us to relax by the pool or down by the beach, and for us to make excursions to Palermo and Cefalu' on the north coast, to Scopello and Trapani in the west, and to Agrigento in the south. We had a hire car, which was necessary, but there was also a train station with free parking very nearby for our visit to Palermo. All our daytrips were guided by fantastic personalised advice from Fabrizio and Maria. They helped us plan everything.. where to go and what to see. We also benefitted from their expert knowledge of the best local restaurants to eat the most delicious Sicilian food, and even enjoy fresh figs from Maria's fig tree! Fabrizio and Maria really looked after us and ensured we had the most amazing possible experience of Sicily. We are looking forward to welcoming Fabrizio and Maria to visit London one day so we can repay their incredible hospitality.

We had a great time in Palermo, we found the city very easy to reach on foot by bus or tram from the apartmentfrong door! The pool was a wonderful luxury on a hot day too ☀️ The apartment was very comfortable and clean.

Daniela made us very welcome and the communication leading up to our stay was great. The accommodation had all amenities including some we didn’t expect like the dishwasher. The second toilet was also a bonus. Very comfortable and plenty of space within the apartment. The air conditioning kept us cool at night. There’s a local bakery for breakfast only a minutes walk plus there’s a great restaurant only 20m away, which doesn’t look anything from the outside but opens up to a very pretty dining area surrounded by trees and flowers at the back. The raised deck area could be closed off if the it was raining. Mondello beach is 15 minutes walk away and plenty of public space as well as private if that’s what you prefer. As well as all the restaurants in Mondello there’s a couple, including great Gelato, on the way there. We found using the pool was a bit awkward at times because other family members also used it. If you’re staying in the Palermo area Daniela’s apt is well worth it.

We really enjoyed our stay with Giuseppe, he was a friendly and helpful host and was quick to resolve any issues. The villa was perfect, clean and well located to travel between Modello beach and Palermo, we would highly recommend.

Very calm & beautiful place, great pool, very private with beautiful view on the mountains ! We enjoyed our time in Cinisi a lot. Mara was very friendly and quick in her reactions.
