Monthly Rentals in Portage Bay

Debbie's basement unit is our go to spot when visiting family in Seattle. It is clean, cozy, convenient, and a great value for the space. The unit has everything you'll need for a short or extended stay and is within walking distance to the light rail which makes it easy to get around town even without a vehicle. Debbie is an excellent host - friendly and always responsive to any questions or concerns we may have. We would definitely recommend her home.

Beautiful location, great view of Portage Bay and boat traffic. Interior had a very spacious and restful, quiet bedroom. Living dining area was comfortable and perfect for our limited stay. Great deck with a working BBQ. Our hosts were so helpful , friendly and accommodating. Always responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. It's convenient to the grocery store, bakery, coffee shop and public transit. It's very cozy and a good kitchen. Host was very nice.

The place was very nice, clean, and private in a safe neighborhood. Was very pleased with my stay. Casey was easy to communicate with, responsive, and gave helpful tips. Would love to stay again!
