Apartment vacation rentals in Port Saplaya

Loved the location of here! Was awesome to be in the city centre but out of the loud, noisy part of the city. It was about a 15 minute walk to the historic centre where we spent a lot of our time. The place was beautiful & exactly as described! It even had complimentary bottle of wine, beer, water, milk etc for us. The French press was great to use in the mornings! We would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here.

The apartment is equipped with all the necessary to benefit from all the comforts. The location of the apartment is very good, being located close to the beach. Belen is a wonderful host, he gave us all the information we needed to have a pleasant stay. We recommend this apartment and will definitely be back on another vacation.

The accommodation was well located and a few meters from the beach, although my stay was short, I felt at home 100% recommended

Beautiful flat with an amazing view! The communication with the hosts was very easy and they were flexible with my late check in and check out time. The area is very beautiful, with some nice cafes and restaurants around. Will definitely book again when I’m back in Valencia ✨ Gracias Ester & Xavi

Pleasant stay. The residence is located opposite the beach. It's quiet. The apartment is very nice, well-equipped, comfortable. The residence is secure and well maintained. We had an incredible experience staying at Alexandra’s and Javi’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect From the moment I arrived, Alexandra was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was seamless throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a cozy, well-located spot with an amazing host. Had a great time over a long weekend, the apartment was clean and comfortable, with a 2 minute walk to the beach. The location is perfect, with a secure gate into the complex, large pool and restaurant/bar inside the complex. Taxis were cheap to the city centre, and there was a large variety of beach bars and restaurants. Jaime was a very kind and responsive host, who was very flexible. A very relaxing weekend away, Thankyou Jaime!!

Clean, comfortable, and the beach was across the street. The patio terrace was wide with room for a dining table for four and drying rack. Views were great. Quiet area. Can’t comment on pool since does not open until mid June but did not matter since beach was close, clean, and enjoyable. Our favorite restaurant in the area was Sorsi e Morsi which had great homemade pasta.

The apartment is beautiful and surprisingly spacious—much larger than it appears in the photos. The location couldn’t be better, with everything within easy reach. Arantxa is an exceptional host: super flexible, quick to respond, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay in a perfect location!

Thanks to Lucia, Jordy and #2B itself - we had a wonderful stay in Valencia. Lucia and Jordy couldnt have been more helpful - we communicated both before/during our stay thru the app & they always responded quickly - answering every question we had very satisfactorily. 2) The apartment is exactly as described - clean, cool& spotless. Comfortable beds, great rain shower, spacious bathroom, AC that works great, & a well stocked kitchen (we loved an electric juicer - perfect for making OJ with those marvelous Valencia Oranges!) The bedrooms had Juliette balconies overlooking the street but it was never noisy, just charming. The kitchen led out into another outdoor balcony that looked into a courtyard with other homes around it. But it was never intrusive and we enjoyed many morning coffees there. And Rusaffa is the best neighborhood: safe, calm and still walkable to everywhere. Will definitely return!

First off Carmen and Daughter Iris are awesome, very attentive, and responsive. I came for the Ironman 70.3 and everything workedout perfectly. To the ironman village it was a 15min walk through the town or 20min if you walked on the beach. The apartment is spacious and loved drinking coffee on the balcony. It is on the 4th floor with no elevator so it can be challenging if you need assistance. Other than that everything else was great

Rafa is an amazing host. The apartment is so centrally located to restaurants, cafes, coffee shops, shopping, grocery store, etc. The apartment is well appointment, extremely clean. We felt at home. Rafa is so responsive and informative. He was extremely helpful recommending restaurants, local attractions, etc. Rafa goes above and beyond for his guests. The most complementary thing I can say is that we stay again at his place, without hesitation. If you are looking for a place to stay in Russafa, this is the place!!

Sergio was a great host, really friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was as described – clean, comfy, and in a brilliant spot. Loads of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and it was lovely being so close to green spaces too. The kids really enjoyed cooling off in the pool after a long day of being out in the sun. It would be handy if there were a few seats around the pool for anyone not getting in, but as it’s a shared space, that’s not something Sergio can control. Thanks so much, Sergio, we had a lovely time. Muchas gracias, Sergio, lo pasamos genial.

We had the most wonderful time at this place. Great location, very well connected to lots of buses and metro, short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. Perfect place to be if you enjoy both, city and beach. The apartment itself was lovely and super clean with everything you need. Sergio was an amazing host, super responsive and accommodating, and gave us loads of recommendation. 10/10 recommend!

Iryna's accommodation is spectacular, it matches all the photos and the description. We were 12 people filling the maximum capacity of the accommodation and we were super comfortable. I would highlight the quality, the Spa and Jacuzzi. The Sauna area is a gem of accommodation. Intimate as it is inside and with lots of light. In addition, I was able to postpone the check-out by two hours. A 10 for the accommodation.

Oscar is a fantastic host — helpful, kind, and incredibly responsive. The apartment is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better: just one block from the Ruzafa Market, with amazing access to fresh produce, great restaurants, coffee shops, vintage stores, and more — all within a 5 to 15-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again!

Justo's apartment was love at first sight and did not disappoint. In addition to all the amenities it offers, it has a piano in the living room, which for any fan (as is the case with our family) was a plus. Justo is very open and kind with his space, he shares his home and his belongings as if his guests were family. He leaves you his music, his books, his drinks with total confidence. He welcomed us with an appetizer upon arrival and was in touch prior to each moment. The apartment has air conditioning in each room, full bathrooms in each room. Washing machine, dishwasher. He leaves you beach items, space in his cupboards. It has filtered water in the tap, which seems like a gimmick but greatly helps with daily logistics. It is within walking distance of the City of Sciences and Gulliver Park. In short, I definitely recommend it and would return (it is true that there is an odor issue when operating the main bathroom, but I fear that it is a generalized issue in Valencia and not specific to the apartment)

We loved our stay! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and enjoy Valencia!

Everything was nice, we just didnt like the strong parfume smell from those sticks, which we placed outside during our stay. It was clean, they welcomed us with wine and beer in the fridge which is a nice touch, thanks. Good thing is that they provided a beach chair and an sunshade which we used at a beach. Host is nice and responsive, location is great, and we would book again!

We had a pleasant stay at Adrian's apartment. Everything looked like in the pictures - the flat is pretty spacious with comfortable and stylish furniture. The neighborhood is really calm, which is a big plus, and is very near to the city centre and all the places you would like to visit are just several minutes walk. We had a great communication with Adrian and he was very helpful with everything that we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely book this place again if I would go to Valencia in the future. All in all we had a very nice experience!
