Studiocaroline44 n°1 is a recent independent studio, adjoining my main residence, quiet and comfortable. Ideal for 2 people, it is very suitable for 3 or 4 guests thanks to a 160 × 200 double bed on the mezzanine and a 160 × 200 pull-out bed located on the ground floor. Single-story accommodation, easy to access and suitable for the elderly. Close to Nantes, the airport, Planète Sauvage and 25 minutes from the beaches. Sheets, towels, coffee and tea provided. On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers.
