Vacation rentals with a patio in Port de Pollença

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sie ist top ausgestattet, war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Auch die Lage ist klasse, nur kaum eine Minute vom Strand entfernt und dennoch bekommt man vom Trubel an der Promenade nichts mit. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch gut, wir haben immer schnelle und freundliche Antworten bekommen. Wir waren auch sehr dankbar, dass wir bereits um 12 Uhr, anstatt wie angegeben erst ab 16 Uhr einchecken konnten. Nur an einem Punkt gibt es etwas zu meckern: Der Preis für die Reinigung ist mit 140€ exorbitant hoch. Besonders dafür, dass der Müll selbst entsorgt werden muss (wird dies nicht getan, wird wie in der Beschreibung der Wohnung 50€ abgebucht). Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden und mit Preisleistung zufrieden.

Antonia’s place is wonderful and the perfect place for discovering that part of the island while enjoying the relaxing vibe of Port de Pollença. Very spacious flat with everything you need. We loved it and can’t wait to be back Thank you!

Very clean and well equipped apartment. Kitchen with everything you need (with dishwasher!), good cooking utensils and a new bathroom. 2 balconies and great pool. We really enjoyed staying here! Highly recommend :) Only downside: the beds make a lot of noise when you turn around, waking up our baby constantly... Also chairs outside are really not comfortable.

agréable séjour chez Nathalia,le logement correspond a la description de l'annonce, proche de tout, nous avons été conseillé et bien accueilli. niveau équipements il y a tout pour passer un agréable séjour. La fontaine a eau et la machine a laver sont un plus 🙂

Wendy was proactive, friendly, responsive. The flat was super clean. The location was amazing, right on the beach of Pollença, allowing for amazing runrise watching. Although it was quiet in the winter, the area must be very lively in season with seafront shops and cafés.

Wir (drei Erwachsene und ein 3 jähriges Kind)haben uns im Apartment gut gefühlt. Auf dem zweitem Stock mit Blick aufs Meer. Der wunderbare Strand gleich neben dem Hof. Alles notwendige war vorhanden in der Wohnung. Die Gegend war ruhig und die Nachbarn hinter den Wänden haben nicht sehr gestört. Die Kommunikation mit dem Hausverwalter Roger war sehr freundlich und gut. In 100 m Entfernung war unseres spanisches familiengeführtes Lieblingsrestaurant. Das ist kein luxuriöses Apartment und wird in der nächsten Zukunft einige kleine Nachbesserungen benötigten. Wir haben die relativ kleine Mängel 9 Tage lang vertragen können.

Wunderschönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartment. Super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist toll um die Umgebung zu erkunden oder einfach mit den Kindern an den Strand zu gehen. Alles lief problemlos, wir würden sofort wieder kommen!

1000% would come stay at Pacos home again. It was an absolutely gorgeous house in an equally gorgeous location. Paco was very communicative and offered great suggestions for restaurants nearby. He even brought us a local delicacy for breakfast on our last full day. The house was pristine and had all the amenities you could ask for. Everything was perfect and we cannot wait to return!

Ich durfte 4 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbringen. Was soll ich sagen?! Ich würde wiederkommen. Ich kann dieses wunderschöne Fleckchen Erde absolut empfehlen. Das Haus ist groß, geräumig und sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage des Hauses ist für mich und meine Bedürfnisse perfekt. Der Ort ist soooo wunderschön, ruhig, irgendwie gediegen und besonders. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren ein Traum und mit dem Auto kommt man überall gut hin. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken und zu Fuß zu einer Vielzahl an Restaurants laufen. Es gibt 3 kleine Supermärkte im Ort. Ebenfalls fußläufig. Und eine Apotheke. Ich habe von hier gearbeitet und das Internet lässt jegliche Remote-Tätigkeit mit stundenlangen Meetings problemlos zu. Ich bin wirklich begeistert und die Herzlichkeit von Maria und Jaime, die dieses Haus verwalten, ist der Wahnsinn. Es war alles absolut unkompliziert und richtig toll. Ich bin wahnsinnig dankbar für diese 4 wunderbaren Wochen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme ! Le jardin est superbe, tout simplement magnifique, un vrai dépaysement. La piscine, totalement privée, était un vrai plus pour profiter en toute tranquillité. Juan est un hôte réactif, très sympathique, avec qui nous avons eu plaisir à échanger à plusieurs reprises. Le quartier est paisible et calme, idéal pour se reposer — seuls quelques moustiques sont venus nous tenir compagnie de temps en temps. La maison était propre et le linge de lit sentait incroyablement bon. Un lieu que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

We had a wonderful week at La Coma. Alexandra was so helpful giving us recommendations of places to go as well as lovely restaurants to try. The accommodation was perfect for our two families and the outdoor pool area was stunning. We would love to return.

Nahe zum Stand. Alles war da, auch in der Küche. Sogar kaffee usw. Alles war sauber und auch gemütlich. Bisschen teuer, für mich, aber so ist es halt, wenn man eine Wohnung mit zwei Zimmern in den Osterferien bucht. Ein kleine Frage und Justo war da. Nichts zu besnstanden.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. la proximité de la plage est très apréciable ainsi que la piscine dans le lotissement. Les commerces sont facilement accessibles en voiture et on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin.

Wunderschön, ruhig einfach perfekt! Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen in der Finca verbracht. Die Finca sieht noch besser aus, als auf den Bildern und hat die perfekte Lage für ausgiebige Wanderungen in der Serra de Tramuntana. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man irgendwie benötigen könnte (Wasserkocher, Entsafter, Kerzen, ...). Die Kommunikation mit Stefan war perfekt, Juan der Besitzer ist super herzlich und kommt alle 2 Tage unauffällig vorbei, um die Tiere zu füttern. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Simply astounding! This location is incredible, isolated from the noise of tourist hubs in Mallorca, peaceful, enchanting, I really cannot describe the beauty of this property and how at ease it makes you feel. The host is extremely kind, responsive and caring, which made for an extremely easygoing and relaxing experience. Whether you want to relax at home and enjoy the grounds or take your car and go around Mallorca, I highly recommend it as you can do both! Ps. There are three doggos on the property that are just adorable

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Gabriel. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Tout le nécessaire (et bien plus) est là et en bon état. L'endroit est calme et a proximité de départ de randonnées. Le port de Soller est très agréable. Gabriel est un hôte très réactif et sympathique. Nous recommandons ce logement. Patrice

Ralf ist ein liebenswerter, offener Mensch, der seine Gäste warmherzig und grosszügig empfängt. Alles war perfekt, und wenn wir das suchten, war Ralf gerne bereit, ein bisschen mit uns zu plaudern. Wir werden bestimmt bei Gelegenheit wieder bei ihm wohnen.

This was the best place we have stayed in Majorca and we come every year! The views from the apartment were glorious- overlooking the harbour, the beach and also the mountains. So close to the beach, the best restaurants and ice creams and a little stroll from the busier main part of the port. We had a glorious relaxing holiday with so much sun and swimming- we didn’t want to leave.

Pedro is the best host an avid traveler could ask for. He deserves 10 Stars on everything. We travel the world about 3-4 months every year and Pedro’s place was perfect in every respect. Well equipped kitchen, ultra clean. Great washing machine. In addition, Pedro is incredibly friendly and will to share his detailed knowledge about the best places to visit on the island. Wir hatten eine paar sehr schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Der Kontakt mit Monika war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, sie hatte ein paar Ausflugstipps für uns und war sehr gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders der Garten, mit den vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, hat uns sehr gefallen. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

The appartment is a wonderful getaway for families. Very spacious, clean and with wonderful views of the Tramontana mountais. Location was perfect for us, in a quiet neighbourhood yet very short walk to the beach, promanade and restaurants. Great and very timely communication with the host. We very much appreciated and enjoyed a little welcome gift.

Dieser Ort hat eine super Energie. Perfekt zum entspannen in der Natur und das Leben geniessen. Sehr schön und stylisch eingerichtete Wohnung. Viel Raum auf dem Gelände, super Pool. Die Gastgeberin Claudia ist sehr sympathisch und gibt gute tipps bezüglich Restaurants & Aktivitäten. Alles perfekt. Wir kommen sicher wieder!:)
