This newly renovated villa is situated only 5 minutes (walking) from Port D'Andratx. The house is spacious, has several bbq areas, very good wifi, airconditioning, toys. The villa has 5 large bedrooms with double beds and 4,5 bathrooms. The bedrooms all with airconditioning and dark curtains. The villa offers accommodation to 10 people plus little kids. This is also a great house to stay at with children. The house has a closed off garden, so it's great for kids and small dogs to run.

You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.

Our charming countryside house has recently refurbished, equipped with all the luxury amenities and tastefully decorated. The house is located in S’Arraco (right between Andratx and San Telmo) and overlooks to beautiful Tramuntana Mountains. The short drive from the road to the house is a small piece not too narrow but curvy and a bit rough, but not difficult to drive. Our pool is 5m to 10m.
