It's hard to put into words how beautiful the villa is. We knew it would be beautiful from the photos but it's even more incredible in real life. Nestled next to an orchard, it's so peaceful and private. The villa was very clean, well equipped and the pool was wonderful. I think this is our best ever airbnb and we've been lucky to stay in some fantastic places. This was our best yet. Pere is an excellent host. We really appreciated the local recommendations and how friendly and responsive Pere was. Sineu is a stunning place. We enjoyed evening meals and market day on Wednesday. We hadn't been to Mallorca before and found the location of the villa perfect for exploring the island in all directions. Nothing was ever too far. The villa is an excellent base and it was wonderfiul to come back and relax in the garden and pool. I can't recommend the villa enough. We had an amazing holiday.

Wir waren sehr gern in der Wohnung von Fernando. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in einer Minute am Strand und hat eine Terasse und einen kleinen Garten. Ein toller Service war, das Spülmittel, Seife, Toilette, Haushaltspapier, Salz, Pfeffer, Sonnenschirme für den Strand und Kinderspielzeug vorhanden war!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement de Joan. Le logement est conforme aux photos et il y a énormément d'espace. Les nuits sont calmes. La terrasse avec vue sur la montagne est vraiment agréable. Le logement est situé dans une petite ville typique éloignée des grosses zones touristiques. Il y a de la vie et nous avons eu la chance de profiter de fêtes locales. Le stationnement est toujours possible dans la rue. Joan est un hôte réactif. Les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions à l'arrivée.

We hebben een heerlijk week gehad in het mooie appartement van Joan. Top: de locatie is echt op 2 minuten lopen van het strand en meerdere goede/ leuke restaurants/ koffiebarretjes. Tevens uitzicht over zee en op de bergen vanaf dakterras en balkon. Voor het huis is er een grote schone speeltuin, overdag is het daar een hele gezellige hangout voor ouders en kinderen, dat hoor je wel in en om het huis, maar stoorde ons niet. Het was rond 20:30u eigenlijk altijd stil. Het appartement is veel groter dan de foto’s op airbnb doen vermoeden! Er zijn twee hele comfortabele sfeervolle badkamers met zeep en veel handdoeken en een grote keuken met heel veel keukengerei. Ook zijn er enkele strandattributen in de kelder. Enige minpuntje voor ons waren de twee 1 persoonsbedden ipv 2 persoonsbed. De matrassen zijn ook een beetje doorgezakt. Kortom het appartement is echt heel erg aan te raden! Tip: een traphekje voor de kleine kinderen zou het huis nog kindvriendelijker make

Es ist eine sehr schöne Finca, die sehr geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet ist. Was uns sehr gefallen hat, dass alles ebenerdig ist. Das Sonnensegel ist leider aufgrund des starken Windes kaputt gegangen. Wir haben dies erst abends bemerkt, als wir nach Hause gekommen sind. Um 22:00 Uhr die Eigentümer informiert. Am nächsten Tag wurde bereits das Sonnensegel ausgetauscht. Toll. Das Ausschecken ging auch problemlos, obwohl wir um 04:00 Uhr morgens bereits die Finca verlassen mussten. Wir haben das erste Mal eine Finca auf Mallorca gebucht und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Finca kann zu 100 % weiterempfohlen werden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit zu viert in dem Haus. Es gibt genug Platz, sich zurückziehen, die Bäder waren sauber und die Betten bequem. Die Außenküche war ein Highlight! Genau so der Pool, toll instand gehalten mit Day Bed und allem drum und dran. Tomeu und seine Frau sind super, haben aufgrund von Flugverspätung lange auf uns warten müssen und uns dennoch herzlich in Empfang genommen. Wann immer wir etwas brauchten, war Tomeu zur Stelle und hat tolle Tips für die Umgebung parat. Vielen Dank für alles!

Tranquila Finca para 8 personas

War waren mit vier Erwachsenen und vier (kleinen) Kindern vor Ort. Dafür hat die Finca sehr gut gepasst und hatte alles an Ausstattung um Groß und Klein glücklich zu machen. Neben der Ausstattung gibt es noch einen kleinen Hühnerstall und verschiedene Tiere und Insekten zu beobachten (Schildkröten, Geckos, Nashornkäfer, …) was vor allem für die Kids sehr interessant war. Die Finca ist extrem ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen und hat einen großartig Ausblick, trotzdem hat man die Auswahl an mehreren Stränden die mit dem Auto in unter 30min erreichbar sind. Das Team von 7Mallorca hat uns perfekt betreut und hat bei Fragen sehr schnell reagiert! Daher können wir die Finca zu 100% empfehlen.

We absolutely loved our stay at La Chiquita. What a stunning house, in a quiet surrounding. Lots of space, and amenities are present at the house. We were welcomed by the most loveliest man and the kitchen was stacked with fresh vegetables, bottles of wine and everything we need to keep the kitchen clean and organised. I've never had such a great experience staying at an AirBnb!!

Talo oli tosi tilava. Piha oli kaunis ja hyväkuntoinen. Uima-allas oli luksusta ja teki lomaviikostamme erittäin mukavan, kun sai joka päivä virkistäytyä altaalla. Ruuanlaitto monelle henkilölle sujui hyvin, vaikka astiat ja keittiövälineet voisivat olla vähän parempia. Vettä kannattaa ostaa paljon kaupasta.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub bei Olga! Der Check in lief einfach und schnell, Olga und ihr Mann waren sehr nett. Dem Haus fehlte es an nichts - unsere fast zweijährige Tochter fand die ganzen Spielsachen drinnen und draußen wunderbar. :) Es wartete sogar schon etwas Verpflegung auf uns für den nächsten morgen. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder!
