Amazing apartment, even better than the photos! Complete kitchen with all you need. 3 sunny terraces and an almost private pool (shared with the neighbours, but we didn’t see them at all at the pool during our stay). Comfy beds. The view is stunning. Would recommend and definitely come back here!

The place is exactly what we were looking for and what you can see in the listing. The development where the house is located is spotless, very familiar and quiet and can be parked without problems. I was going with a little girl who really enjoyed the pool (super clean, and with lifeguard for many hours). The area is very very touristy, but we already knew it when booking (we prioritized the comforts of the environment and that with the car you are as close to Ciutadella as brick). For Javier's attention we can only have nice words. He is very friendly and very responsive, and helped us with everything! A 10! Thank you so much for everything!

The apartment is in a good area, very close to Ciudadela and a good base to visit the island's coves. In addition, on the floor you will find a beach umbrella, tapers, a portable fabric refrigerator, cards and many other things that you can take to the beach. We didn't get to use the pool due to lack of time, but it seemed very quiet and easily accessible.

Very pleasant stay at Carmen's in a very quiet residential area on the heights of Son Bou (only 2 km from the shops/restaurants and the beach but car essential given the terrain). The location is great, a 5-minute drive from the center of Ciutadella. It is a 3-minute walk to a beach and close to several other beaches and viewpoints worth visiting. The space is great for a couple. It has everything you need to spend a few days on vacation! Eli was always very friendly and gave great tips.

We loved our stay at Ignasi's! The location is ideal because it's really close to Ciutadella city center & close to the sea, the environment is particularly quiet and the neighborhood is very residential! With shops, restaurants and a beach also within walking distance. The accommodation is really very clean and everything you need is available. The outdoor layout is perfect for good times and rest (dining table, sitting area and deckchair area) A big advantage is the ease of parking a car! In short, no doubt we will return on a future trip to Menorca!

Comfy bed, well kitted out kitchen, great shower room, lovely pool, close to centre, beach,plenty of cafes & restaurants. Felt totally safe, quiet area. Thank you for a great stay Marimar. We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely appartment in a lovely complex - amenities very nearby, very relaxing! Nice pool nearby and a longer walk to the beach but well worth it. Beach is gorgeous and beach bars lovely for sunset drinks and good food too.

We had a great time at Chloë and Philippe's place. The house is large, bright and the decoration neat. The environment is very peaceful, the view is clear. Communication with Philippe and Chloë was very fluid and friendly! I'd recommend it without a second thought.

Dreamy stay - well equipped and located place. My standouts: sunny breakfast on the terrace in the morning; a short drive from Ciutadella but also walkable distance to many shops, restaurants if you don’t feel like driving. Just as advertised, plus the small details like Tupperware’s, beach towels and parasol available to pack for picnics. Thanks to the host :) would highly recommend!

We were delighted to find so many things included in the package. A well maintained pool, a super jacuzzi, everything you could ever need in the kitchen ( that we frequently used ) aircon in most rooms. Double glassing all over. The locality has a host of restaurants and bars within minutes as well as supermarkets with freshly baked bread. Yet the area of the villa is mainly quiet The beach is well reported on line and is brilliant. We highly recommend this villa.

We spent an unforgettable week in this beautiful home in Menorca. We are a family of a father and three young boys, and this house has exceeded all expectations. Spacious, cozy and with a magnificent garden and cared for in every detail, it immediately made us feel at home. It is clear that this house has been loved and cared for by a family before us and that it continues to do so with great dedication over time. Juanjo , the host, was incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and postpone checkout, and gave us great tips for exploring the island. The super equipped kitchen was a real paradise for us who love to cook. We were able to prepare our favorite dishes as if we were at home, which we really appreciated. Our experience in Menorca was also made perfect thanks to this wonderful house. We can't wait to get back! also the beach is really close!

We were hosted very well by Séraphin upon arrival. He showed us the house and told us everything there was to discover in the area (beaches, restaurants, shops). The house is perfect and faithful to the photos in the listing. We really enjoyed the pool with our children and the little extra thing, the ping pong table located in the shade. We highly recommend this rental.

Stay in early October. One of the best homes we booked on Airbnb in a quiet and pleasant area this season. Perfect apartment, we were fine. Nice pool for those who want to swim laps, only a few people. Easy street parking. Restaurants and supermarkets are a 5-minute walk. Beach within 10 minutes. Comfortable beds. Everything went really well. Nacho and Leticia were very attentive to make sure everything was fine, from before our arrival to check-out. Friendly at all times and willing to help if we needed anything. The house was perfect, everything was clean, tidy, and it is located in a fantastic place to be able to see the sunset and be at peace. A 10/10!
