Vacation rentals with a patio in Port d'Addaia

It was nice and quite area to discover minorca during easter. Near fornells and other site. Veronica was very responsive and friendly.

The place is exactly what we were looking for and what you can see in the listing. The development where the house is located is spotless, very familiar and quiet and can be parked without problems. I was going with a little girl who really enjoyed the pool (super clean, and with lifeguard for many hours). The area is very very touristy, but we already knew it when booking (we prioritized the comforts of the environment and that with the car you are as close to Ciutadella as brick). For Javier's attention we can only have nice words. He is very friendly and very responsive, and helped us with everything! A 10! Thank you so much for everything!

We loved our stay at the apartment. The house had everything we needed and felt very comfortable. David was a great host—always quick to respond and full of helpful advice. The house is located in a peaceful complex and a very strategic part of the island; in less than half an hour, you can reach both the east and west coasts. It’s also very close to Fornells, which is a lovely town. I highly recommend this apartment and would definitely come back again!

I'll start with the service Eli has given us, everything detailed, good recommendations for restaurants, activities, entertainment venues, etc. Very kind and super attentive to our stay. She's a sweetheart! Regarding the apartment, it is as seen in the photos, well equipped, clean and the bed is super comfortable. We had a great, quiet few days.

Great location, in the heart of Cala En Porter while being quiet. Parking is very easy in front of the residence, the pool very well maintained. The accommodation is very clean and convenient, well equipped. Marimar is a very available host. We recommend this accommodation for a family of 4.

The accommodation is even better in real life than in the photos, located in a small subdivision but completely secluded and peaceful. Everything was perfect: location, equipment, cleanliness, and above all beautiful sea view!!!! Highly recommend

We felt right at home at the villa. We stayed as a multi-generational family with grandparents, aunts/uncles and toddlers. There was plenty of space to move about and not feel on top of each other. The pool was a bit cool in early October. It was fine for the grown ups but the kids preferred to just get feet wet or not get in. There were plenty of inner tubes and some other pool toys to use. The kitchen was well equipped for our light and basic cooking. We also used the outside kitchen a couple of nights to have a barbecue. Each bedroom had its own bathroom as an ensuite or nearby. Every bathroom had a hair dryer as well. The villa was very well located. We enjoyed a very short walk to lunch or dinner most days. While you can walk to some things, Miriam had recommended having a hire car. This was great advice! We drove to larger food shops like the Discount Supermarket or Lidl. We also drove to Cituadella most days to explore or to nearby sites. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely appartment in a lovely complex - amenities very nearby, very relaxing! Nice pool nearby and a longer walk to the beach but well worth it. Beach is gorgeous and beach bars lovely for sunset drinks and good food too.

My family was visiting the place 3 times in the last 12 month. That should tell how much we like it :-)

We had a really wonderful time staying in Andrew and Elise Joy’s beautiful house. It is ideally situated to explore magical Menorca. There is all you need by foot from the property- beach, restaraunts, shops etc. We had a car and managed to explore the whole island very easily from there. The house itself is very comfortable and clean and loved the style. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the terrace and the (very clean) pool and jacuzzi. Communications were super easy and helpful and they gave excellent local tips. We really appreciated our stay and highly recommend this property! We were four adults and one child and there was plenty of space given the two bathrooms - it worked really well. Thank you Andrew and Elise Joy - we hope to come back!

Beautiful villa and pool, amazing and peaceful location and still only 10-15 minute walk to all restaurants and bars. Only 20 minute walk to beach which is also stunning and great for kids as water is calm and shallow. The whole area feels very safe. Charlie was amazing answering any questions quickly, provided clear instructions on the villa and also left some welcoming treats which was very helpful so thank you for making our holiday stress free. Would highly recommend this villa!

Such a lovely place. The photos definitely don't do it justice. Easy to walk to beaches, shops, restaurants, etc. and get the bus into Citudella. We didn't rent a car and was absolutely fine. Highly recommend!

We had such a great stay at this villa! The garden is amazing—so green and peaceful, perfect for relaxing or just enjoying the outdoors. Having private parking inside the property was super convenient, and the neighborhood is really quiet, which made it even better. The location is also great—it’s really close to the airport, which made getting there and leaving super easy. The villa itself is really spacious, and having four bedrooms gave everyone plenty of privacy, which made the whole stay really comfortable. The hosts were super friendly and always made sure we had everything we needed, and the place was spotless when we arrived. Honestly, it’s hard to fault anything about our stay. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay!

Stay in early October. One of the best homes we booked on Airbnb in a quiet and pleasant area this season. Perfect apartment, we were fine. Nice pool for those who want to swim laps, only a few people. Easy street parking. Restaurants and supermarkets are a 5-minute walk. Beach within 10 minutes. Comfortable beds. The accommodation is located in a residential area but it is very quiet, 3 minutes from Arenal beach and 3 minutes from the mountain where you can make hiking trails while enjoying the views towards the sea and nature... there are wild goats in the area always, it is a spectacle. Also, there are several supermarkets nearby and numerous restaurants. I highly recommend it if you want to disconnect and relax.

Unbeatable apartment in Cala Galdana, 3 minutes walk from Cala Galdana, where you will find a quiet atmosphere, turquoise waters, chiringuito and hammocks. You have nearby the best Restaurant de la Cala such as Trevi, El mirador, media and franchesca. In addition to supermarkets. If you want to see live shows every night just minutes away you have the hotel melia. In front of the apartment you have parking for the car (you will always find a plaza). If you want to use taxi in front of the cove you have a line but I assure you walk you get everything you need. The apartment is as it is in the photos, although the best thing is that you will feel at home xq you have everything, the air conditioning works excellent, a terrace with spectacular views, super clean and even though you are very close to everything, at night you can't hear any noise. The hostess will help you in everything you need, friendly, polite, always ready to look for solutions to what you need and collaborate. I will be back thank you
