The apartment is on two floors: on the first one there is the living room, a bathroom, the kitchen and also a chimney; on the second one there is a bathroom and a big bedroom with a double bed and two single ones. The perfect location to relax and drink some wine admiring the peace of the lake. You will never want to leave this place.

Troverai parcheggio gratuito su strada, a solo 100 metri. L'appartamento si trova nell'incantevole zona alta di Fiumelatte (Pino).Dista 2,5 km dal centro di Varenna. Si trova in una posizione strategica: dalle finestre possiamo ammirare lo spettacolare borgo di Bellagio. Consiglio un auto per spostarsi in autonomia.

The apartment is located in "Villa Maria" one of the most beautiful ancient villas of Como Lake. The Villa is surrounded by a 4 acres park with a 25 metres swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling court, all freely available to the guests. The apartment is located at the ground floor and it is composed by a living room, a kitchen, two small bedrooms in the mezzanine (one pass through the bathroom), one bathroom. The apartment has a private car park inside the Villa. No A/C and Wi-Fi.

Die Maisonettewohnung mit grosser Terrasse liegt in Gandria direkt am Ufer des Lago di Lugano. Die Sicht und der direkte Zugang zum See verzaubert zu jeder Jahreszeit. Die Wohnung besitzt einen eigenen Eingang mit direktem Zugang in die offene Küche und Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Aussicht zum See. Bei schönem Wetter verweilen unsere Gäste auf der Terrasse zum See oder genießen den Schatten im Innenhof. Alle Schlafzimmer haben Blick zum See. Cafes und Restaurants sind nebenan.

FURNISHED STUDIO IN FRONT OF THE LAKE

La mia casa si trova direttamente sul lago , a pochi passi (10 metri)dalla fermata autobus; inoltre dalla casa inizia la passeggiata a lago che arriva alla vicina spiaggia pubblica, dove ci si può rilassare e fare i bagni. La passeggiata prosegue e costeggia tutto il paese. Dalla mia abitazione parte la Greenway, un percorso pedonale semplice da fare, da cui raggiungere i vari borghi della Tremezzina. Parcheggio riservato gratuito all'aperto (10 metri dalla mia casa).

Appartamento di nuova costruzione direttamente fronte lago con ampio soggiorno, angolo cottura, una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, una camera con due letti singoli, un bagno, terrazza. La posizione particolarmente favorevole, inoltre, permette di raggiungere con  facilità Lugano (6Km), Porlezza (5Km) ed il Lago di Como (15Km) Parcheggio privato a disposizione degli ospiti. The apartment features a spacious 70-square-meter private terrace overlooking the lake. Given the secluded location, we suggest traveling by car, there’s no public transportation nearby the house (closest bus stop is 1,2km away).
