I had a great weekend at Alison's place, wonderful walks with my dog and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place with quiet surroundings. The woodlands and river on the doorstep were breathtaking.

You could live in this place! I stayed in this airbnb for 1 month and found the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable. Every cooking utensil possible was available at Clare’s Airbnb and the studio was brand new and welcoming. Clare was responsive and was very helpful with any extra requirements I had. I would very much recommend this place if you are trying to travel further north or west along the nc500. I used this place as a base and travelled far and wide. It was a perfect location to be close enough to Inverness but without staying Inverness.

Lovely peaceful cottage, a great place to relax in front of the fire and TV after long days hiking in the Highlands. Caroline was very friendly and responsive, gave us recommendations for pubs to eat at when we didn’t want to cook, and provided logs and kindling for the fire. We made use of the BBQ outside which stays in the sun until it sets behind the trees in this serene setting. It’s a lovely find and we’ll probably try to make use of it again if we find ourselves in the highlands
