Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Poreč

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. We had a great time at Alen’s place - nicely remodeled historic house from his family. Reflecting the heritage and respectful to the surroundings. House has nice big bathrooms, nice living room with a big table for having breakfast. Nice yard safe for the kid and dogs. We took a walk recommended by agent from the house to the water as well did trips around Istria given the central location we had all highlights within 30-45 minutes. Alen was nice, responsive and provided us with support we needed. His local Austrian welcome gifts were also a very nice and appreciated touch. This is a place to visit again for sure. Staying at the cottage was amazing, felt like we were there for weeks because it felt like home. The place is spacious and has everything you need for a cozy nature getaway. The location is perfect, short drives to hiking paths, the sea and the city. Mirna is a lovely host so definitely 100% recommend this place.

We had a really nice holiday week ! The house sits very quietly in the countryside on the edge of the forest with clean pool and practical chic furnishings. Labin is less than 10 minutes by car. It is possible to hike or cycle away from the house. Thomas is super nice and helpful ! We would definitely stay there again!!

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is really wonderful, very spacious for 8 people and great restored! Especially the natural stone floor on the ground floor is a real treat in summer when the temperatures are warm! The house is very well equipped and sparkling clean! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the navigation sent us to another address but we were picked up there immediately!! Parking is available in front of the house or in the side street. Everything was very clean and there were enough towels, etc. There were even extra blankets and upholstery in the closet. Cleaning products, brooms, spices and hair dryer are also available! Clear pulse was the washing machine in the bathroom!!! Towels from bathing could be hung on the balcony. Since the apartment is on the 1st floor, it is convenient that you have space on the ground floor for Wagerl etc. Coffee maker is not just such a small espresso dings 😉 But we brought our own. Air conditioning is also available and works great too. The blinds on the windows were great for darkening for sleeping! The location is quiet and yet you are really on the beach in 5 minutes - the path goes through a small forest but is paved (steps available)! Super nice hosts! We'd love to come back!

A dream of apartment. Very stylishly furnished and with an eye for detail. Everything clean and equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The host is great and communication was smooth. If we go on vacation in Pula again, then definitely in this accommodation.

Nice, friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is as described, more than enough space for 6 people. Pula and Medulin can be reached in 5-10 minutes. Various beaches and activities in the immediate vicinity. I'd love to come back.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Mara’s place. The studio apartment was spotless clean and well organized. The location was perfect for our trip to visit nearby Pula. Shower was nice and hot. Wifi was great. We asked to do a load of laundry. No problem with that. Hung up clothes to dry. The property is so beautiful and peaceful.

We had a wonderful weekend in Rovinj and certainly staying at Eli's and her family's house helped make our experience unforgettable. Eli is loving: when we arrived she offered to drive some friends who were traveling with us and who had to move to another part of the city. As for the house, the photos don't do it justice because the rooms are very large and bright, as well as being fully equipped with the necessary comforts and, if you wish, cooking independently (a supermarket is a five-minute walk from the house). The apartment is in a very quiet area, on the edge of the pedestrian area of the historic center: an ideal situation, because you arrive by car, park and a few meters away the pedestrian area begins: in five minutes on foot you are in the center. If we return to Rovinj, we will certainly repeat the experience at Eli's house.

We loved our stay at Villa Cami. 4 adults and 3 children under 6 had a fantastic holiday. The house was incredible, as was the pool and grounds of the property. Istrialux were so helpful with my many requests, questions and queries leading up to our visit, they couldn't have done more to help us. The hosts, Emanuela & Sandi, were a pleasure and also so helpful with any issues we may have had. All in all, I couldn't fault anything and I am a fairly harsh critic when needed. I hope we return to Villa Cami next year and thanks once again to the Istrialux team and the wonderful hosts.

We felt very comfortable here. The pool and house were clean. The furnishings were appealing. The kitchen was very well equipped, pots, pans, dishes and cutlery were very sufficiently available. All the electronic devices described were there and worked. Didn't miss anything, that's rare. As the last house in the cul-de-sac, it was actually quite quiet, but it sounds a little back from the neighbors and the construction site. Probably unavoidable in September. We would come back as the communication with Tomislav was also very good.

We had spent a wonderful 12 days in this special villa. We were very warmly welcomed by the house owners; with guest basket and a personal tour of the house. It had everything you needed, fully equipped kitchen. Down to the last detail. (even Netflix, X-Box) Everything very clean and stylish. The pool is a little smaller than it looks in the photos, but our kids, like us, enjoyed the cooling off every day. And with the counter-current you can also do a few swimming moves;) Highly recommended. If you are looking for quiet and relaxing holidays, this is a wonderful place. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.

Wonderful house with perfect hosts. Great location

We had 3 wonderful weeks at the property. The house is well equipped and nothing was missing. The garden was also beautifully landscaped and our dog had enough space to move around. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold at the end of September at 18 degrees, so we didn't bathe in it but it was very clean! A crib was provided for our baby, which was prepared with a lot of love. In addition, we received a little something for our baby as a welcome greeting and also a few snacks for us, which was very kind and accommodating. In general, the hostess is totally friendly and brought us fresh mushrooms and pastries. We really felt very welcome. We often went for walks in Rabac on the promenade with some restaurants, is highly recommended - 20 min by car. All other cities such as Pula, Rovinj, Poreč take approx. 1 hour by car. Poreč and Rovinj are beautiful!

Elvin’s place is the perfect villa for a fun family holiday. Between the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and activities for the kids e.g. table tennis and darts there is plenty to do at the villa. Elvin and his mother Daniella were very nice hosts and provided our family with some lovely welcome gifts of charcuterie, olive oil and juices. Approx. 20 minutes drive to Porec and beaches. Highly recommend Villa Dani for a family holiday!!
