Vacation rentals with beach access in Poreč

Rosi’s apartment was an absolute dream! We arrived later in the evening and Rosi made sure to check in with us and even left a local Croatian alcohol for us in the fridge to cap off our first night in Rovinj! The apartment was impeccably decorated and we immediately felt at home in the cozy bed and chairs in the living room overlooking the sea. It was the perfect base to explore all the Rovinj had to offer in terms of amazing restaurants, bars, and we took advantage of swimming in the cove and enjoying sunset on the rocks. We had the most relaxing and fun vacation exploring Rovinj’s streets and loved listening to the live musicians in the square at night while eating gelato! We already can’t wait to come back!!

Moira is a delightful host. Her place was perfect for a few days of creative peace by the sea. I particularly enjoyed the light, the view, swimming in the sea every morning (literally 1 minute down the road), the quiet neighbourhood and a very comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

Our stay at René's was really nice! There was everything you need. You could also reach everything easily on foot (supermarket, center, restaurants, beach...) We liked to end the evening with the hot tub. Recommended! 👍🏽

Our stay at Sarah‘s was really great! The apartment is very clean and has all the listed amenities and everything you‘d need. It is a bit outside of the centre but everything is walkable. The neighborhood is really calm and quiet which we really enjoyed. Sarah checked in with me more than once if everything is to our liking and was all in all very responsive and the stay was worth every euro we spent!!

So sweet and familiar, we got something as a welcome, then homemade chocolate pancakes, cherry strudel... We were very spoiled! 💗 The accommodation is super clean, cozy, offers everything you need! Absolutely recommended!!

The house has a great location in the middle of the old town and a special charm

Our stay with Andreja and Dalibor left nothing to be desired. Even the communication prior to arrival and the independent check-in went smoothly! The house is just as beautiful as in the pictures, we lacked nothing. In addition to the beautiful bay (walking distance) and the great coastal walk to Ravni, we particularly enjoyed the very cozy couch due to the weather. Andreja also inquired about our well-being and was always and quickly accessible when we contacted her. Great hosts!! Thank you very much!

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

Cristian was exceptionally helpful from meeting us at the port & escorting us to our house to organising transport upon leaving. He provided great local advice also. The house is beautiful, easily accessible and in the heart of the old town. Rovinj is stunning & we can’t wait to return. No recommendation is too high. Jack.

We spent 11 days at Alica's place, we had a great time. Unfortunately, the first week (from mid-April) was rainy and windy, so we couldn't do so much. But the second week made up for it with 20 degrees and pure sun. In the rain, the apartment is a bit cool (but there is heating) and you notice the slightly older building fabric, which is no problem in good weather. There was everything you could wish for, even a baby bath. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable. The view into the garden, including an olive tree and the Meerzunge, which is a 1-minute walk away, were simply wonderful. There are beautiful beaches and cliffs in the area, which can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car - you can slow down wonderfully here. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is fantastic. Everything was super clean, the location perfect. It's nice and quiet, but you're also quickly in the action. Right next door is the station of the Bimmelbahn, which goes to the city. We were very in love with the accommodation and would come back at any time.

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

We travel a lot and this place was one of the best we've ever rented! The hosts were always available immediately. Unfortunately, we had to stop the holiday due to an illness, but we will be back!

It is newly refurbished, spotless, with all the necessary amenities, and just about the right size for a couple. The place is very easy to find, and there is a beautiful view just a few steps from the main door. There are lots of fantastic restaurants, a market with fresh produce, and lots of other interesting places within walking distance. Dezi was super helpful and very friendly. Great for a relaxing vacation, if you are planning to work, there is a high table with bar chairs which might not be ideal for long work sessions, and the WIFI connection is poor, so have a reliable connection with you. Wonderful place and host, highly recommend!

The apartment was very modern. It was very well equipped, the dishwasher was nice. Our dog loved the outdoor trails.

This apartment was exactly as advertised, looking just like the photos and matching the description perfectly! We had a fantastic time; the space is not only beautiful but also very functional and comfortable for our stay. Katharina was an incredibly helpful and responsive host throughout our entire visit, and we will definitely be looking to book here again on our next trip!

Lovely little apartment, was quite enough for my family of 4 (with small kids). Seashore is a 5-minute walk, so is the shopping centre. The host and her parents are really friendly, helped us if we needed. I would emphasize the cleanliness and the location, which is a really calm neighborhood. Ideal for silent recreational vacation. To summarize my review, it is a real value for this money, totally recommended for couples or small families.

Amazing location right by the Church and within walking distance of everything you need. Andrew was responsive and helpful, everything went smoothly.
