Beautiful apartment 100m from the sea. The apartment consists of an entrance that leads to a hallway, a bathroom with a shower and a window, a living room with a sofa bed for one person, an equipped kitchen with a dining area, and a large bedroom with a double krebet, a closet and a desk. The room has access to a balcony with garden furniture and garden views. The nearest grocery store is just 10m away and the city is a 5-minute walk along the sea. The apartment has air conditioning, TV and wifi (included in the price).

City center apartment 10 meters from the sea

This small studio apartment is located right next to the sea, with closest beach just a minute away. Just steps away from UNESCO world heritage site Euphrasian Basilica as well as the shops and restaurants. There is a parking space in the garden free of charge - (not suitable for large vehicles such are vans and larger). Small pets are welcome. There is a fee of 8 euros a day for a pet payable on the arrival. If you have large pet or more than one pet please contact me prior to reservation.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

The beach and the center are 10 minutes by walk away.
