The hot tub on the terrace is available for a fee of PLN 180 per day, and we turn it on for a minimum of 2 days. An ideal place to relax from the city noise, lots of beautiful forest and mountainous areas, the Bóbr river, a horse farm, a bicycle path, hiking trails, many monuments, castles. Rozciąga się stąd niesamowita panorama na Sudety. W domu znajdują się dwie oddzielne sypialnie (w tym 1 na antresoli), kuchnia, łazienka i salon. Mamy kominek oraz balię z hydromasażem (opalaną drewnem), do której można wejść bezpośrednio z dużego tarasu. Domek znajduje się na ogrodzonej działce (1.000 m2) która jest idealna dla czworonogów.

Built with ecological materials and with own hands, the house is located on the foothills of Giebułtów, from where there is a spectacular view of the Mirsk valley, Świeradów-Zdrój, and on clear days, Śnieżka. The facility has two separate rooms on the mezzanine, a bathroom, an open living room with a kitchen and a stove to warm up on colder days. We offer a wood-fired sauna on request, and a bonfire area (charged additionally). Guests have at their disposal peace and quiet ad libitum.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. The Karkonosze Mountains, part of the Sudetes, are situated in the southwestern part of the country. The breathtaking landscape offers a serene sense of peace and nature, with excellent hiking opportunities, while cities such as Prague and Dresden are within a short driving distance.
