The cottage is incredible beautiful! Had everything we needed. Very friendly and helpful hosts! Ann’s welcome cake was delicious 🫶🏻 Also the surrounding area is peaceful and very beautiful. We had lovely stay, thank you! For anyone looking for a place in Wales I would definitely recommend this cogtage!! Xx

Just returned home from 4 nights stay at Ty Bedwen and couldn’t have asked for better. The lodge is surrounded by beautiful views and the hosts are kind, welcoming and informative. In the first night, Gareth invited our two children to help bottle feed his lambs which was unexpected but fantastic. He recommended the local farm shop which is amazing, the local milk store and pubs to try in the area. We ate at the Sun Inn and the Raven, both were lovely. We had drinks in the rose and crown which is about 0.5 mile walk from the lodge. The pub is very reasonable and the staff are really friendly. We had trips to Loggerheads park and climbed Moel Famau. We also did a day in Betws y coed which is about 50 mins away. Bala is worth a visit purely for the views in the drive down. Stunning! We would return to the lodge in a heartbeat. Thank you for being such fab hosts!

We have just returned from the most relaxing 2 nights here. Before we arrived we were sent really detailed instructions, lots of recommendations etc we were even offered the Saturday night at a reduced price if we wanted. When we arrived, we asked if there were any chairs for sitting out and Chris brought some straight round. Both Chris and Nina are lovely and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. On out last night we were offered late check out, which was really kind. The barn is lovely, has everything you need and really peaceful. We thought it was a perfect location, as you are in the countryside yet only 20 minutes from Chester. There are a couple of lovely pubs down the road, we drove to them so can't say how long to walk. The bed was super comfy but watch the towel rail as it gets really hot😂🙈. There are stairs to get into the accommodation, it's above a garage, so maybe not ideal for anyone with walking trouble. All in all a perfect weekend. 😍

Very happy with this airbnb. Very clean, comfortable and warm with every amenity we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable, the shower was great with heaps of hot water and terrific water pressure. The views from the main living area are incredibly beautiful. Unfortunately the weather was not terribly good during our stay so we were unable to sit outside and take advantage of the beautiful location. It's a 5 min stroll to the Crosskeys pub which is a lovely pub with friendly people. Just be aware the bathroom is downstairs from the bedrooms but this was no issue for us. Gwenan our host was extremely responsive and friendly. Overall we would rate this airbnb very highly and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay (despite the awful weather 😃). The sheep out in the back paddock is also very vocal and very inquisitive. Great week spent here in beautiful North Wales.
