David was there at the agreed time and opened the gate. That was very helpful because after the long journey we were able to park our car directly in the private parking lot next to the house. The little house is very charming and practically furnished. It has everything you need, even dishwasher tabs and coffee! The location close to the train station is very convenient and also in the city it is very quick on foot. David was very helpful and friendly with all questions! Except for the bad weather, it was a great stay!

I was very pleased. Empoli is a very well located town to get to know Tuscany: half an hour by train from Florence and Pisa and a little further, there are equally recommended cities such as Pisa or Lucca.

Perfect location 5 minutes from the train station with shops all around. You can park in front to unload the car and then park nearby. Ideal for going to Florence or Pisa or Siena or San Gimignano by car or train. Monia was very available and pleasant. Great! We'll be back with pleasure.

The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathroom has stable water pressure and hot water. Temperature control and soundproofing are excellent, ensuring a peaceful environment. Overall, my experience has been very pleasant. The space is comfortable and well-thought-out. I love living here and would choose this place again.
