Monthly Rentals in Ponte di Serravalle

Very easy to find and close to funicular that ran every 30 minutes on schedule. At least 5 restaurants for lunch and dinner. Small store for basics. Terrace facing northeast was wonderful in the morning. Umbrellas for shade if needed. Washer with folding clothesline to dry inside or out. We only used the main bedroom and bath - both on second floor. Very nice. The second bedroom was on the second floor and second bath was in the basement - did not use those spaces or the sitting room in walkout basement. Kitchen stocked with basics for electric coffee maker (a bit noisy) and hand brother. Gas stove for heating milk. Toaster oven. Large grid freezer with many ice trays. Enjoyed the cat that showed up A few times. Easy 20 min walk from main train station (not Centro) to funicular. Main station also had many bus connections like to Grotta Giusti but only to swim in outdoor pool. You can’t swim in the cave - too bad. Would love to come back.

Our stay at Daniele's was wonderful. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful, but at the same time respectful of our privacy. We found everything we needed. The apartment is very clean and well-kept. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back!

We had a great time. The villa was beautiful and spotless. It’s completely refurbished and brand new. The chef they provided was also exceptional. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. I couldn’t more highly recommend this villa.

The description of the apartment was fully consistent with what I found upon my arrival. The environment is quiet, furnished with taste and attention to detail. I had a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place.
