The house is extremely airy, comfortable and wide, both internal and externally. The building is yet another full residence and is very close to the place of entertainment. Everything we needed, the house had. Walking to the beach was fast and pleasant. Altevir was a very special host, as in addition to being polite and attentive, he left a treat for my birthday. We stayed for almost a month at Luiz Vicente's house. There is no better place for those who want to forget the stress of everyday life. The beach is literally in front of the house. I'll be back as soon as I can. Everything clean and organized.

Excellent stay, place pet friendly, with good location (easy access to the market, bakery, fish shop right in front, restaurants..) and a super view of the beach. It was really quiet and rest days! Apt met expectations well with good reception by D. Sonia, good cleaning and super equipped with tv, fans, beach chairs, bath towels and clean linen and wifi good for working remotely. The only point of improvement is the need for new pots, since the current ones are old. But all the rest note 10, Ciro was super attentive and requested in the conversations. We will definitely go back :)

Perfect Studio, very tasteful and functional furniture. Satisfactory Utensils, you find just about everything you need. The building is new and super organized, especially for the caretaker who is very attentive. The pool is the best, very nice, you even leave the sea a little aside. For those looking for a pleasant place, it accommodates with tranquility 2 people or up to 3 without tramps. Excellent!

I went to spend the new year with my family (4 people) and the apartment was ideal. Good location, just one block from the beach and close to restaurants. Spacious, with two bedrooms and a large balcony with a barbecue area. In addition, she provided us with fresh linens and towels and the place was organized and odor-free. Reinalda also answered all our questions and provided us with the necessary information for the stay. I definitely recommend it!!

Leandro is a great host, cordial and attentive, returns contacts quickly. The apartment is very well located, comfortable and spacious. It's also very well equipped. It is not necessary to bring anything but personal items, beach towels, food and drinks (the apartment already has a water cooler filter, which helps a lot and surprised us, as it was not in the description). The configuration of the rooms comfortably accommodates 8 people (3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with two single beds). Anyway, it was a very enjoyable stay! We recommend it! We recommend it.
