Extremely clean house, close to the beach, very safe, has all the utensils you need (including beach chairs, sun umbrellas and cart), hostess allowed checkin with flexible schedule because we would arrive in the city before, attentive and responsive to answering questions about the place, and gave us some tips of where there was a market and fishmills. I will definitely return.

The property is well located, facing the sea! Everything is clean and organized! The air conditioning machine is located on the balcony (due to condominium rules) which makes it impossible to remain in it if the air is turned on! But with the sea in front of you, we saw no need!

we love the house, well organized, the pool a delight, the house is just like the advertisement, Sueli has always been a lot of requests, responded quickly to the messages, went to the house and took a photo of the household utensils it had, the house is equipped and the house is equipped and to take advantage of it. by our choice we took some more utensils that we found necessary for our stay. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside the house, one on the lower floor and one on the upper floor and the bathroom on the outside that helps a lot to service the pool area. To sum it was 8 delicious days. Thank you Sueli 💕 If we have the opportunity we will be back for sure.

Great host, worrying about the accommodation, attentive, pleasant place, quiet, right next to the beach, very good. I was only a little disappointed because the pool was somewhat green, but nothing that would spoil the weekend, we enjoyed it well. We love everything , the location is perfect , the space is clean and organized , small but functional and comfortable! The stay was smooth and as planned! Two spacious bedrooms and one smaller, with all the beds mentioned in the description. It has basic cooking utensils, which makes it easy to cook, but you could also have a microwave to add. It is a bit far from the village of Brasilia and the market, but nearby there is a bistro with some market items. To go to the villa you have to walk a little bit, but nothing that is so difficult. Andrei was extremely helpful and polite, always available and ready to help! I recommend it for those looking for tranquility and an amazing, empty beach to enjoy!
