Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ponta Negra

What a wonderful time my family and I spent at Francisco's place. Everything very organized and clean, amazing house with comfortable beds, all the necessary utensils and electronics, good location... Anyway, everything was worth it and the great accommodation was essential for us to have a formidable trip to Natal. Easy and quick communication with the host. I highly recommend it!

It was all wonderful, I took my family and everyone was delighted. The place is very beautiful, the house very comfortable. To witness the sunrise of the balcony of the house, to see that image, sun and sea , is an inexplicable feeling and all of this combining with the landscaping of the house and the beach. Very cozy, comfortable house, we stayed in 10 adults and 2 children and felt at home. The house is equipped with items necessary for everyday life and more, we were able to cook there during the stay, use the needle and lines available to sew a tear, and still have fun with some of the many games available. The house has cameras, alarms and electronic locks that made us feel safe. The host, Vicente, was very helpful and attentive whenever we need it. The location is excellent, close to the beach of Ponta Negra, the people in the mood would go back to the beach on foot, those with little disposition easily got an Uber. Speaking of which, we had no problem getting Uber to go or leave, no matter the time. The house is excellent that we feel like staying there longer, now we hope to be able to return!

First time I've used Airbnb, but the house is great, very spacious, if you want more privacy and the 3 bedrooms are not enough, there is a completely enclosed balcony, which also serves as a bedroom, Gustavo was super attentive, I intend to book more often.

The house is extremely cozy, we love to spend the carnival there. My husband simply fell in love with every detail of the house and our daughters took great advantage of the pool and the bedroom upstairs. Host is very helpful and left several things for us to cook 🥰

Since we started communications, Gabi and Patrícia have responded quickly. Ozineide received us very well, very polite, friendly and showed the whole house and how the household appliances worked. The house has comfortable furniture, several sofas and chairs, tables, linens, towels, mattresses, refrigerator, freezer, electric shower, air conditioning, a great outdoor area, very ventilated, with several hammocks, a great pool, and the sea view is not even spoken… not to mention that the access is super easy and fast. It has children's playground, a giant and very gorgeous lawn. Very well cared for. I would definitely come back more often. A great accommodation.

Sheila was a very good host. The apartment is comfortable for two people with exceptional views of the beach and Morro do Careca.

I spoke little with the host before checking in. When I arrived at the reception, I just took the room key and that was it. I didn't even need to talk to the host anymore because everything was so right and working, such as the Wi-Fi password, etc... This is very rare, usually in other places there is a missing item, or something not working. In this case, it was perfect. Congratulations on the site, keep it up.

Loved the flat! João Vitor was very receptive from the booking to the end. The place is exactly like the photos. Very tasteful decoration, good quality bed and bath linens, hair dryer, bathroom with wonderful shower, super organized, very cozy. Easy access, quiet street, close to bars, grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Definitely when we get back to Natal we'll stay there.

Nice place, good location, wonderful lounge area. Hilda responded whenever she needed something. Super was worth the stay.

We were delighted with our stay in this apartment. The location is excellent: close to the beach, bakery, supermarket, restaurants and even a travel agency, which made our tours much easier. The apartment has a great infrastructure, is very clean, organized and very cozy — just like in the photos. The hosts, Eva and her husband, were extremely attentive and welcoming, which made our experience even more special. We would definitely stay here again!
