The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

The house is extremely cozy, we love to spend the carnival there. My husband simply fell in love with every detail of the house and our daughters took great advantage of the pool and the bedroom upstairs. Host is very helpful and left several things for us to cook 🥰

Since we started communications, Gabi and Patrícia have responded quickly. Ozineide received us very well, very polite, friendly and showed the whole house and how the household appliances worked. The house has comfortable furniture, several sofas and chairs, tables, linens, towels, mattresses, refrigerator, freezer, electric shower, air conditioning, a great outdoor area, very ventilated, with several hammocks, a great pool, and the sea view is not even spoken… not to mention that the access is super easy and fast. It has children's playground, a giant and very gorgeous lawn. Very well cared for. I would definitely come back more often. A great accommodation.

First time I've used Airbnb, but the house is great, very spacious, if you want more privacy and the 3 bedrooms are not enough, there is a completely enclosed balcony, which also serves as a bedroom, Gustavo was super attentive, I intend to book more often.

Dona Edinalva is wonderful, always attentive, very well organized, a love. For those who go and want to have lunch, look for Biro lunch, the bakery at Taste of Bread has breakfast, lunch and dinner, but be careful that it is salty, and there is a very close Atacadão, to go for walking. There is also a cafeteria of specialty coffee nearby, I highly recommend, Coffee Observatory.

Simply perfect! One of the best stays we've ever stayed. Everything is very organized, very well located with markets, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. The house is super cozy, with lots of kitchen utensils and even bath towels available. The only negative point was the pool deck, which was a little loose and soft, and an accident or injury could occur. But even with rain, we enjoyed it a lot! And we're already thinking about coming back 🥰

The house is very good for families. Pedro, the caretaker, was very helpful. On one occasion, the gas ran out, and he promptly resolved it. Large pool, very spacious deck with everything you need next door, bathroom, sink, dining table etc. parking and leisure space, all grassy and very spacious.

We made the trip as a family - 14 people in 7 days. We were very comfortable in the house. Rustic decoration and very beautiful and organized. Lots of kitchen utensils. We'll be fine at home. Pedro was very attentive, easy to communicate with. The house was exactly as shown in the photos and as described in the listing. It looked even bigger than in the photos. It had all the utensils you need in a house, you didn't need to bring anything if you didn't want to. I took things apart because I can't live without them, like my popcorn maker. But you could stay if you wanted. I thought it was a good idea to keep the house keys in a safe at the entrance to the house. Unfortunately, on the weekend there were some power outages on the street, which compromised the power in the house a little, but it was only on the last night. And despite the presence of mosquitoes, as it is a forest area, there were those repellent spirals to scare them away. I went with my family and they loved the house, wishing to return at the next opportunity. Excellent house! I recommend the house and the host.
