With a beautiful ocean view, the apartment is cozy, simple, and peaceful. A grassy and well-forested location with adult and children's pools. Come and enjoy your vacation, holidays, or business trip. The suite has a balcony with a hammock from which you can see the ocean. Central location 100 m from the beach, near Morro do Careca. On the street, there are supermarkets, pharmacies, a 24-hour bank, churches, restaurants, a nearby health center, and it's a 4-minute walk to Ponta Negra Beach using the access next to the barbecue area.
