This peaceful 63 m2 accommodation located 500 m from the Canal Latéral de la Garonne will offer you a beautiful 35 m2 living space with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave...), a shower room and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, two bright bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. The rental overlooks the pool, which is shared with our house and heated in the early season. The unique view as well as the calm of its environment, will enhance your stay. You can admire the Garonne plain from the swimming pool overlooking the valley. In the morning, breakfast can be taken on the south side by the pool or on the north side, overlooking the vineyard, the forest and the surrounding fields.
