Upstairs, two bright bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with two single beds. The rental overlooks the pool, which is shared with our house and heated in the early season. In the heart of a green setting, a soothing place, cocooning, quiet but close to all shops and the medieval city of Bazas. Bordeaux is 35-40 min away, the Bassin d 'Arcachon and the Ocean are about 1h15, the Graves and Sauternais vineyards are 10 minutes away. Our 55m2 apartment is composed of an equipped kitchen, a seating area (with TV and wifi), a spacious bedroom, queen size bed, bathroom with shower. An outdoor space to enjoy the garden.

The cottage of Labrouche is located in a small hamlet in Saint Pardon de Conques, small village 10 minutes from Langon and close to Castets en Dorthe. Golf des Graves and Sauternais 5 minutes away and the start of the Canal de Garonne Green Way 10 minutes away !
