BOOK THIS PLACE !!! I cannot express how impressed I am with this location. Apart from the amazingly accessible location , this home was fully stocked with any & all items/amenities you could possibly need. My family and I travel frequently & this home has definitely made our top 5 list ! Walking distance to the beach ( because with a toddler it is NOT easy ) , peaceful neighborhood , cozy environment & amazing amenities. If this is what you’re looking for then this is the one. We felt right at home in this beautiful comfy house and we’re so grateful for our host’s flexibility & welcoming spirits. We will definitely be back !! 10/10 I definitely recommend.

The home was clean and comfortable. Felt like I was just in my own home. Nice to be able to have use of the garage many places do not offer that. The property is well maintained.

Carlos was an awesome host, he answered all my questions in a timely manner and didn't make me feel awkward for asking. The house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, respect the neighbors they respect you. GREAT place to sit back, relax and fish. While there we caught 1 small snook, 2 reds a crab on a fishinf line lol and some catfish. Once my husband and I got there we only left twice cause we forgot things at home. We were really sad to have to leave and if there ever comes a time we would love to stay again❣️

Wonderful place to stay. A short walk up the sidewalk and across the road to get to the beach. The pool out back is enclosed and was great to relax and cool off. We used the gas grill for a few meals as well and trying some of the local seafood restaurants. We had a great time! Thank you!

This was our 4th time at the cottage and it's always a pleasure. Wonderful area (stop at Ruby's and ask for Amanda!), clean and comfortable cottage, beautiful yard and the best hosts. Thank you again for a fantastic stay. See you again next year!

We had a great time! The condo was recently redone. Everything pretty much new and clean. Douglas was very responsive when contacted. He even sent us a message about it being sand gnat season ! The bed was so comfy. Even the Murphy bed was comfy. It’s a quieter part of the beach. Which was nice. The pool and hot tub were open, not like a lot of other condos which were closed. The access to the beach was easy. The new access off of the pool area is finished. Just needs approved to open. Needless to say we had a Great time. And Douglas was a great host!!! It is definitely a Happy Place ! ❤️❤️

Everything was as mentioned and much better than a hotel room. The coffee amenities way more than expected. Comfortable bed, quiet AC, great bathroom. Everything was perfect!

Oh my gosh, I loved this place! It's a 4-minute, 1.5 block to the beach which is AMAZING! And about a 15-20 minute walk to the local restaurants. The bed was very comfortable, and like someone else mentioned, the shower curtain inside the tub was a bit tight but nothing to complain about. I didn't do much cooking besides eggs in the morning, but it seemed all the things I would need were there. It was quiet, private, and so peaceful. The garden was SO nice! I just sat out on the deck and enjoyed the view. It was shady, the only sun that hit it was in the morning. You do share the upper deck with another renter at the other end but you're far apart, with the shared stairs separating you. I found this place to have everything I needed or could have wanted. I did see another review saying they wished the had access to the A/C control, which didn't prove to be a problem for me. They have a big fan in the unit that you can turn on and it cools everything down if needed! 100% would return!

Nice place! Very clean, exactly as described. Enjoyed the quietness inside the space, heard no neighbors. Nice decor, comfy beds and the beach chairs and small cooler provided were an added bonus! LOTS of great breakfast spots in the area. Get up early and watch the sunrise from the private balcony, you won’t be disappointed! We will surely be back!

We have done a yearly beach trip since we got married 13 years ago. We now have a 4 year old and a 8 month old. This is the best place we have stayed in yet. The place was super nice and had everything you could possibly need for an incredible beach trip with or without kids. We will definitely want to stay here again!

Fabulous apartment, everything you need and no clutter! Very clean, extra pillows and linens at the ready. Thank you for the stocked coffee and bottled water setup, morning was set. Everything worked as expected and the kitchen has everything you need on vacation. Great host, great place! 100% will be booking again.

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure check-in was smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the small touches like beach towels and chairs. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. A perfect beach escape!

Easy to see why Florence is a “superhost”. Her responsiveness is incredible! She responded in minutes of my questions. Not hours, or next day, but minutes. Wish every host was like Florence! This unit/location was absolutely perfect for our anniversary getaway. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning & evening ‘chilaxin’ everyday and walking on the beach every morning. Just beautiful! Very comfy & cozy stay in amazing Daytona Beach Shores!

Really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, quiet and family friendly with our two young children. Loved the view of the ocean every morning that we woke up. My toddler loved looking out on the balcony. Even though the condo isn't big it has everything you need to fit comfortably. I like that the building wasn't huge so it had a more personalable feel. I love that there were carts to help with groceries and luggage to get to your room. The pool was well kept and clean. There was easy access to the beach with either a ramp or stairs. Though we didn't need Kristen for much of anything, when we did speak her response was quick and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.
