La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We absolutely loved our wonderful stay at Susanna's and Carlo's. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable bed, welcoming interior, the views were stunning. It was really calm and it felt like home. Especially because Susanna and Carlo were such great hosts, friendly, helpful with good advice, they even organised to rent bikes for us. Also, the dog Peppe, gave us so much love, such a sweet dog, we really miss him. We witnessed the arrival of two cute cats and how they met Peppe. It was hard to leave. We absolutely recommend to stay there! Grazie mille per tutto, Susanna, Carlo and Peppe!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Alessandras Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist absolut privat und hat alles was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und gleichzeitig sehr diskret. Auch im Garten ist man völlig für sich. Ein echter, sehr qualitativer Rückzugsort.

Had a great stay at Michele's! The apartment is very newly renovated and has everything you need. We visited during the off-season so we were grateful for the stove providing us warmth in the evenings. Michele was very friendly and helpful, being flexible with our check in and check out times. The apartment is open, except for the bathroom but we made it work just fine. Rio is a nice and quiet little town with a beautiful view and perfect to chill out and relax. Its not far from the ocean either, so with a short drive you will be at the beach. All in all a great place :)

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt um ein paar ruhige Tage auf Elba zu genießen! Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf‘s Meer & 2 Minuten vom Strand (mit Lokal) entfernt. Portoferraio Hafen ist auch einfach zu Fuß erreichbar. Kommunikation zu den Hosts war problemlos und sehr flexibel. In der Wohnung war alles perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt vorbereitet und wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder einen Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft verbringen!

Azzurra's place was one of the best, if not the very best, AirBnB we have ever stayed at. The flat is great and the grounds are absolutely stunning. Best of all, though, it is located within a short drive of some of the most stunning spots in Italy, with plenty of variety for those that want it (beach, vineyards, old towns, etc.) On top of all this, Azzurra was super responsive and attended to our every need. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. A small highlight are Oliver and Duccio, their two dogs, who often joined us for breakfast and lunch in the garden.

Ho regalato questo soggiorno ai miei genitori per il loro anniversario di matrimonio. Si sono trovati davvero benissimo! L'alloggio è a misura perfetta per una coppia, c'è tutto il necessario in uno spazio contenuto. Gli esterni sono spettacolari, ideali per godersi una cena all'aperto durante la bella stagione. Marielena è stata gentilissima, amichevole e disponibile fin dalle nostre prime comunicazioni. Ottima esperienza 😊

Emanuela is so thoughtful and really cares about everything. We arrive to find breakfast snacks, biscuits, olive oil, coffee, water. Towels and bedding which you don’t always get in Elba. She is always there to help you and she just goes that extra mile… the room is nice and the garden where you can sit and eat is nice. You don’t often find someone like Emanuela who cares this much about your comfort

La casa è molto carina, curata nell’arredo ed è molto bello lo spazio esterno. Victoria è disponibilissima. L’unico aspetto meno positivo è la posizione, in quanto la casa si trova sulla strada provinciale, quindi sono poco agevoli ingresso ed uscita e rimane un pochino rumorosa. Nonostante questo ritornerei assolutamente, perché sull’altro piatto della bilancia ci sono tanti aspetti positivi.

L'appartamento di Sandra era esattamente come descritto: curato, pulito e ordinato. Abbiamo trovato il lettino da campeggio per nostro figlio, le ciotole per il cane e anche dei graditissimi prodotti per la colazione come fette biscottate, marmellate, cialde per il caffè ecc. Inoltre fuori casa ci sono molti parcheggi gratuiti. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Ich habe eine Woche in Marias Wohnung verbracht und mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung, sie ist großzügig und gut aufgeteilt. Sie ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, selbst Waschmittel war vorhanden. Die Lage ist traumhaft, wenn man eine ruhige Umgebung sucht. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse sowie eine große Sonnenterrasse mit Esstisch, Sonnenschirm und Liegestühlen. Die Aussicht ist von beiden Terrassen wunderschön (auf das Meer und den Ort). Zudem gibt es eine weitere gemütliche Sitzgruppe draußen. Der mittelalterliche Ort ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, dort gibt es Lebensmittel und mehrere Restaurants/Bars. Maria hat mich mit offenen Armen empfangen, sie ist sehr herzlich und zugewandt und auch wirklich an ihre Gästen und deren Wohlergehen interessiert. Mein Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können und ich kann Marias Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde sie wieder mieten.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa di Giorgio e Elena, un delizioso appartamento indipendente ricavato dalla loro abitazione. Pulito ed accogliente, e dotato di una veranda esterna davvero piacevole. Molto comoda la posizione per chi ha la macchina, in 5 minuti si è a Portoferraio. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto attenti alle nostre esigenze e ci hanno dato diversi suggerimenti sulle attività da svolgere sull'isola. Super consigliato.

Der gesamte Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig und mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, Chris hat wirklich Stil und hat offensichtlich Freude für ihre Gäste eine perfekte Unterkunft zu bieten. Der Pool für nur 2 Appartements ist wirklich einzigartig, extrem sauber und aus hochwertigem Material hergestellt. Das besondere daran ist, dass sich das Wasser tagsüber bis fast 30 Grad erwärmt und auch am Abend noch immer 25-26 Grad aufweist und das Anfang Juni. 15 min. Fußweg zum Sandstrand Lido, die Städte Portoferrairo, Capoliveri, und Porto Azzuro sind in weniger als 20 min. erreichbar, alles in Allem eine perfekte Unterkunft, 100 Prozent Empfehlung.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt bei Marianna, vorallem die Aussicht und die Strandnähe waren super. Die Kommunikation lief auch super und Marianna hat uns immer schnell geantwortet.

pu avendo alloggiato nella casetta Venere una sola notte, mi sono sentita a casa , Raffaele è molto gentile e la casina è come in foto, da fiaba .... è il compromesso ideale per chi anche al mare non vuole rinunciare alla vita bucolica che regala la Maremma toscana. mare a 5 minuti in auto. ci tornerò certamente.

Babette und ihr Mann sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung passt sehr gut für 2 Personen, die Küche ist super eingerichtet mit Abwaschmaschine und grossem Kühlschrank. Warme Bettdecken für die kühlere Herbstzeit vorhanden! Sehr schöne, von Reben überwachsene Terrasse. Ausserdem eine kleine zusätzliche Terrasse rückseitig mit Morgensonne, ideal für das Frühstück. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, etwas abseits, umgeben von Reben und Olivenbäumen. Deshalb nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Das letzte Stück Weg führt teilweise durch einen Wald auf unbefestigter Strasse.

We have felt very comfortable in Nisportino. Cristiano and Sofia are warm, helpful and always easy to reach. Here are a few personal (!) pluses and minuses: + Mosquito nets on all windows + Air conditioning in the bedrooms + Flexible, earlier arrival was possible + We were able to share the terrace of the vacant apartment + Small bay with nice pebbles, both in the morning and in the afternoon we found a shady spot + Outside shower for after the beach - A bit remote for excursions around the island - Pillows were very thin and hard - Restaurant on the beach was closed (early October) - A few more basics in the kitchen would be great, like bowls or a toaster - Wifi was only available in one place on the neighboring terrace, unfortunately we had no mobile reception anywhere either

Diana und ihre Familie reagiert sehr schnell und freundlich auf alles, sehr guter Service. Das Appartement liegt leicht oberhalb vom Strand an einer Straße, welche man aber so gut wie gar nicht hört und diese somit auch nicht stört. Zum Strand kommt man zu Fuß in ca. 1-2 Minuten. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt nichts. Wir haben im Garten gegrillt, was auch super funktioniert hat. Bei uns war zu jederzeit eine nette Katze vor der Tür bzw. im Garten, das störte uns nicht, jedoch bei Allergikern vielleicht erwähnenswert. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenhalt.

Ambiente arredato e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, pulizia impeccabile e posizione ottima. Super consigliato! Flavia è stata disponibile, gentile e più che competente nel farci sentire accolti e darci indicazioni su itinerari e cose da fare nei dintorni. Torneremo!!!

Gruppo di 6 ragazzi abbiamo soggiornato alla casa per tre notti e quattro giorni. La casa era pulita, con tutto il necessario sia per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamani, che per la parte della cucina, che è molto fornita. Letti comodi in tutte le camere e i due bagni puliti con doccia ampie. La zona è ottima in quanto dista 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Marciana marina ed ha anche un accesso privato a una spiaggia raggiungibile a piedi a 10 minuti. La parte fuori in giardino permette di cenare o pranzare fuori sotto il gazebo, con una vista sul mare veramente impagabile. Esperienza molto positiva che speriamo di ripetere in futuro, grazie anche alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dell’host. Rapporto qualità prezzo pazzesco.

Situata a 3 minuti dal mare, a pochi passi dal centro e in un quartiere carino e tranquillo. Mimmo un host gradevole e disponibile. Per noi che veniamo 2 o 3 volte lanno a Follonica, sarà tappa fissa

Cinque stelle! In der Unterkunft von Maria hat für uns einfach alles gepasst! Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und bestens ausgestattet (wirklich an jedes kleinste Detail wurde gedacht!) und liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Besonders geschätzt haben wir Marias herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns super Tipps gegeben. Wir haben unsere Ferien in San Vincenzo sehr genossen!
