A great apartment with beautiful terrace overlooking the sea. The beach is a 5-minute walk away by foot. Robert is a wonderful, very friendly host. We enjoyed our time here! Thank you so much Robert!

We were very warmly welcomed by Stefania and Luigi. We had a wonderful week. The apartment is very nicely furnished, the terrace is large and the view is a dream. Every evening we enjoyed the great sunset from the terrace or at the beach. If you are looking for peace and quiet, Nisportino is the place to be. The path to the beach can be described as "steep", but it was no problem for us. Small note: There is no supermarket, bakery or the like in Nisportino. No problem for us either: we have connected the purchases with our excursions.

It was a really pleasant time at this place. The host's parents were very hospitable. The place was nice, clean, and had beautiful views.

Staying at Mauro's was just great! The location and views are unique. The apartment has a very special charm and is perfect for two people. There is a lot of loving details. It was very clean and we were very comfortable right away. We also liked the bar next door, a place that seems to be very popular. It was perfect as it was very quiet in the morning and lively in the evening and not too loud with the windows closed. Mauro was always easy to reach and very helpful. We are already planning our next longer stay! Thank you, Mauro!

We had a very nice stay at Marianna's, especially the view and the proximity to the beach were great. Communication was also great and Marianna always responded quickly.

A fantastic accommodation with magical views of Porto Azzurro. The patio makes this accommodation completely unique. A little strenuous to get to the accommodation as some others have written before, but we can guarantee that it is really worth it. We guess that you who are thinking about visiting this accommodation are on vacation and then you are also in no hurry. Karen as a host is 10/10. Everything from recommendations to providing help. We highly recommend her beach bar Wind & Snack with good food, magical beach and the opportunity for windsurfing and SUP.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Heidi's cottage is a small gem, located in a quiet and private location but very close (5-minute drive) to the town of Porto Azzurro where you can find everything you need (supermarkets, restaurants, shops...). The view from the house is wonderful and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The house is small but very clean, equipped with every comfort and welcoming, perfectly in line with the description and photos provided by Heidi. We had a great time! Our little dog loved the garden and the dog beach right under the house! The only small flaw as far as our habits were concerned was the fact that it was not possible to completely darken the bedrooms and therefore the light in the morning woke us up quite early! Heidi was always extremely quick and kind in her responses and, although distant, available whenever we needed her.

We had a great holiday in a very spacious and clean house. The small rather little visited bay is right behind the accommodation. But here you should definitely think of sanding shoes, as there are large pebbles on both the beach and in the water. Giacomo has been a very friendly and helpful host and was easily accessible at all times. Thanks a lot!

Fede and Rosy are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and simply likeable. We felt completely comfortable from the first moment! The location of the apartment is fantastically beautiful, and the view is stunning. We could hardly get enough. The beach is just a few minutes away and looks like a picture book – quiet, idyllic and totally romantic. The house is well equipped, very well maintained and sparkling clean. We really lacked nothing. I'm sure we'll be back and look forward to next time!

Very nice apartment with sea view and a comfortable terrace, only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners living on the upper floor of the house are very nice and give helpful advices.

A great house with a great location to spend a nice time with the family on Elba. The sea can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and there is also a small supermarket in 5 minutes by bike. Cities such as Portoferraio or Porto Azzuro can all be reached in about 15 minutes by car. The house even includes bikes with child seats and a BBQ. The house is very modern and also perfectly divided with the 2 bathrooms. Everything is also very well maintained and everything looks super new. Like I said, everything is perfect.

We have just returned from an unforgettable stay in Capoliveri and we can only say: everything was perfect! The vacation home was a real marvel, with attention to every detail, cozy, very clean and equipped with everything you need to relax and feel right at home. A special thanks to Gianfrancesco and Alessandra, two fantastic hosts: kind, helpful and super welcoming. They made us feel welcome from the first moment and were always attentive and present with discretion. It's rare to meet such genuine and warm people! The location of the house is excellent: quiet, immersed in the beauty of Elba but very convenient for reaching the center of Capoliveri and the most beautiful beaches in the area. A true oasis of peace! If you are looking for a vacation home on the Island of Elba that combines quality, tranquility and authentic hospitality, this is the right place. Homes like this are only found there. We will be back soon, we already miss this beautiful island.🙏🏻

Diana and her family are very quick and friendly to everything, very good service. The apartment is located slightly above the beach on a street, which you hardly hear at all and therefore does not disturb it. The beach is a 1-2-minute walk. The apartment is very well equipped, nothing is missing. We grilled in the garden, which also worked great. We had a nice cat in front of the door or in the garden at all times, which did not bother us, but perhaps worth mentioning with allergies. All in all, a great stay.

Blown away, we will be back many times

A group of 6 guys stayed at the house for three nights and four days. The house was clean, with everything you need both in terms of sheets and towels, and for the kitchen, which is very well stocked. Comfortable beds in all rooms and two clean bathrooms with large showers. The area is great as it is a 10-minute drive from the center of Marciana Marina and also has private access to a beach that can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The outdoor garden area allows you to dine or lunch outside under the gazebo, with a truly priceless view of the sea. Very positive experience that we hope to repeat in the future, thanks also to the kindness and availability of the host. Amazing value for money.

Located 3 minutes from the sea, a short walk from downtown and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We made a nice and available host. For us who come 2-3 times in Follonica, it will be a fixed stop

The perfect apartment for seeing Porto Azurro. Very close to everything. The building and the apartment are beautiful and Silvia was so lovely and nice. The apartment has beautiful views all the way to the sea and the restaurants and shops are literally just downstairs. I liked it very much and would love to come back! :)

Apartment in a great location to visit Piombino, very close to Piazza Bovio and the historic center but at the same time with the possibility of parking nearby. Daniele welcomed us for check-in, always starting clearly, we did not need him for the duration of the stay but he had still made himself available.
