LA BOUGANVILLE is a delightful seaside house 5 minutes' walk from the crystal clear sea of Chiessi, a typical village on the west side of the island. Tastefully furnished in white, blue and light blue tones, it is in a quiet area, surrounded by a lovely garden. Developed on 2 floors, it has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea on Corsica and Pianosa. Inside are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room with kitchen-dining room, and a loft with sofa bed. Outside there are various shaded spaces, a shower and covered parking.

The structure and furnishings, as much as possible, have remained those of the past. Now the interior looks vintage with recovered objects. The house is cool but a good air conditioning system doesn't hurt! The courtyard is the place where you spend the summer time while in winter we find ourselves in front of the fireplace. All around there are succulent plants and bougainvilleas that hide the outdoor shower and the fig tree of the neighbor whose fruits fall into our space and that we invite you to taste.

The apartment is on the sea and enjoys a cool and shaded terrace, with a direct view of the characteristic village of Pomonte surrounded by mountains until it slopes towards the cliffs on the left and the pebble beach on the right and the sea is slightly visible from the side of the terrace. The apartment has been recently renovated, consisting of a bedroom, a private bathroom, and a living room with a sofa bed.
