I had a truly wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was perfect. l couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Ruhiges, gemütliches, kleines Gartenhaus mit einem Klavier, einer Gitarre und einer Oud und insgesamt guter Ausstattung (Spülmaschine, Kochplatte, Fernseher, Wlan usw.)! Strombad Kritzendorf in Fußnähe, Museum gugging über schöne Spazier-/Wanderroute erreichbar. Sehr lieber Gastgeber, der schnell und hilfsbereit antwortet. Bei Anreise beachten, dass es denselben Straßennamen zwei Mal in der Gegend gibt. Also Adresse am besten gleich mit richtiger Postleitzahl im Navi eingeben. :)

A great place for a family vacation. The house is beautiful and very comfortable, with all the conveniences. Mr Maher is alaways available and ready to help with anything. The location is perfect - in a green and quiet neighbourhood but within easy reach of the city centre. The bus stop is right outside the gate!

Gregor's place is perfectly located for people visiting IST Austria, it's a 5 min walk. The garden is very pleasant, and the neighborhood is very quiet and close to beautiful trails in the Viennese forest.

Wir waren als Familie mit vier Personen vier Tage in Wien und haben diesen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 26 Minuten mit dem Zug vom Stadtzentrum entfernt – die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet und sehr zu empfehlen. Es handelt sich um ein ganzes Haus mit einem großen Garten, das wir als Familie sehr geliebt haben. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster ist traumhaft schön – einfach atemberaubend! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Gastgeberin hat sich viele Gedanken gemacht und alles mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert und lobten die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Gastgebers. Die Gastgeberin hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns tolle Restaurants sowie sehenswerte Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung empfohlen. Diese Unterkunft war die beste während unserer Reise – wir würden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Wien sehr gerne wieder hier übernachten. Herzlichen Dank.

The house is absolutely amazing—such a perfect escape after a stressful work life. It’s cozy, homey, and just the kind of getaway I needed. The space is warm, welcoming, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything was spotless and felt brand new. You can tell a lot of care has gone into maintaining it. The owner was also super responsive and available whenever we needed anything, which made the stay even smoother. Honestly, it felt like a home away from home—I definitely recommend it.

Lioutmilla’s place was really clean inside and with a well-equipped kitchen. We felt right at home - the house was clean, cosy, and private. One area that could be improved is the garden , as the grass was a bit overgrown. However , this didn’t bother us much. Better ventilation of the rooms before guest arrive would be helpful. We resolved by opening the windows for a while. We had a great stay and appreciated the confort and amenities. We recommend this house. 4 min by walk to the tram station and 15 to the U4. ( line to the center of wien) . Really good connection to the city center. We also appreciated the parking spot as we were able to park 2 cars. Thanks again for the place.

O apartamento é realmente grande com uma ótima sala de banho e cozinha. Tem tudo que é necessário. Tem televisores na sala e nos quartos, para quem aprecia. A poucos metros passam duas linhas de bonde. Recomendo.

Appartamento molto curato nei dettagli e confortevole in un palazzo in una zona molto tranquilla. Cucina attrezzata, camera apparentemente piccola, ma molto funzionale avendola organizzata molto bene con armadio e tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima, vicino a molte zone di interesse e ad un centro commerciale aperto fino alle 21. Host cordiale e presente a rispondere ad ogni necessità.

Apartment wie beschrieben, schnelle und einfache Kommunikation

Mikhail's place is exactly as described--clean, spacious, great location near public transit, shopping, restaurants, etc. Note that the apartment has an unusual layout with the kitchen on the top floor. It was fine for us because we are comfortable with stairs. Lots of interesting artwork! It had all amenities and the kitchen had all the utilities and cooking gear we needed. We especially appreciated that Mikhail let us drop off our luggage a bit earlier than the check-in time. Highly recommend.

Het is een geweldige locatie, mooi en net huis, lieve eigenaren, wij vonden het een prettig verblijf en komen er waarschijnlijk nog wel weer terug.

die Wohnung war blitzsauber und die Ausstattung lässt keinerlei Wünsche übrig. Riesen Badezimmer mit allem Komfort. Und erst die Lage!! nur ein paar wenige Schritte vom Yppenplatz entfernt. Und 2 Bim-Linien und U-bahn in knapp 5 Minuten erreichbar. Wir wüden sofort wiederkommen.

Ulaşımın çok kolay olduğunu, konforlu bir konaklama için tüm olanakları sahip,bahçesi huzur veren, şahane bir evdi.Anlatılanlar eksiksiz mevcuttu. Ev sahibiyle iletişim sorunsuzdu. Yine hiç düşünmeden kalacağım bir ev. Özellikle uzun konaklama düşünenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
