Beautiful pool in the garden (June-August only). Sauna in the basement, large TV in the living room are available. On nice evenings, you are also welcome to grill in the garden with the new 2024 Weber gas grill. A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, a small living room is also available for 9 people.

Very spacious and calm apartment in Ottakring .Quick and practical public transfer to the city center. You can go by bus ,tram or Underground. Various possibilities of shopping are very close like Thaliastrasse, ,Brunnenmarkt. 12 minutes by bus to Spittelberg,Museumsquartier or Ringstrasse . The apartment has a special old charm and my small new balcony is great ! The shower is inside the sleeping room . I `m sure you will enyoy my flat and relax .I want to be helpfull in any way!

Our Tinyhouse Schneeweißchen offers full comfort in a small space. It is a mobile, partially self-sufficient caravan made of wood with a garden and terrace. Schneeweißchen has about 18m² and is equipped with a photovoltaic system. There is a kitchen with a water-logged wood-burning stove, a 2-burner gas hob, a bathroom with a shower and a composting toilet. A super large double bed offers space for 2 people. Schneeweißchen stands together with Rosenrot on a 600m² garden.

A cozy and quiet 3-room apartment in an old building in the 14th district of Vienna. An apartment full of charm and grace. When you enter the apartment, you are immediately greeted by a cozy atmosphere. High ceilings, stucco decorations and large windows give the rooms an airy and inviting ambience. There are numerous supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and parks nearby. The subway is just a 3-minute walk away. This will take you directly to the city center.

It is located only a 7-minute walk to Neulengbach train station. Train connection to Vienna center is optimal, but to the airport is complicated. The apartment is on the 1st floor. We live in the wing next door on the ground floor. We are also available for tips and questions or a little chat.
