Quiet, cozy, small garden house with a piano, a guitar and an oud and overall good amenities (dishwasher, hotplate, TV, Wi-Fi, etc.)! Strombad Kritzendorf is within walking distance, and Museum Gugging can be reached via a beautiful walking/hiking route. Very dear host who responds quickly and helpfully. When arriving, note that there are two instances of the same street name in the area. So, it's best to enter the address with the correct zip code in the navigation system. :)

I had a truly wonderful stay! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure every detail was perfect. l couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I treated myself to a 4-day break with the man and the two children in this stylishly furnished cottage. We particularly liked the spacious kitchen and cozy terrace. The quiet location right next to fields was a welcome plus. A special attention was the children's games and books in the living room. I slept with my daughter upstairs in the gallery under the roof, she was thrilled.

We were allowed to stay at Anna's place for a week. The place is exactly as it is described. Anna was always available for us. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and we lacked nothing. We definitely recommend this place!

The house is absolutely amazing—such a perfect escape after a stressful work life. It’s cozy, homey, and just the kind of getaway I needed. The space is warm, welcoming, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Everything was spotless and felt brand new. You can tell a lot of care has gone into maintaining it. The owner was also super responsive and available whenever we needed anything, which made the stay even smoother. Honestly, it felt like a home away from home—I definitely recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Dajana’s property. The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it perfect for our family. Dajana and her husband was an excellent host—kind, responsive, and accommodating. The location was convenient for exploring Vienna, and we felt truly at home during our stay. The house corresponds exactly to the description, is practically furnished, easily accessible - just everything okay. You get all the information very accurately and can have a good time. Just right for us.

We were happy to have this spacious apartment in the middle of our travels. Plenty of living room space and three separate bedrooms. Looked like they were building a small pool or hot tub in the courtyard for residents. Easy access with codes and two sets of keys so perfect for days we separated. Separate toilet from bathroom also great, and enjoyed soaking in that deep tub after all the walking. Everything is very cute and modern. Have requested some sort of privacy for round window between bathing area and hallway. We taped up a kitchen towel, as we were with our adult children. Neighborhood was nice enough - not a lot of restaurants open late in this area. Gastwirtschaft Schilling was so good local Austrian food - open late….across from two strip clubs - but very cozy, friendly, great food. Loved being in this district, close to the art museums. Busses and subway get you everywhere. Did not see anyone swipe their transit cards, so decide yourself if you buy one.

Mariella is a wonderful host with a fabulous appartment in a “vibey”yet peaceful neighbourhood. The appartment is just as you see in the photos and has everything you could possibly want including some welcoming treats which is a lovely touch.Mariella provided several recommendations for the numerous restaurants,cafe’s and bars in the area of which we tried several,and all were “right on the money”. Transportation is a breeze with a bus stop right outside the building and the subway a short seven minute stroll away(just one stop has you in the old town). We had a fantastic seven night stay at a very reasonable cost and cannot recommend the the property and the host highly enough. Put simply,you cannot go wrong here. The apartment is located in a quiet alley in the middle of the city. Top amenities and everything very clean and nice. You feel right at home. Anna was super quick to reach and really a great hostess. I'd love to come back on my next stay in Vienna.

Great communication! The location is great, especially if you attend events in the town hall, the apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and the check-in instructions were clearly formulated. Everything was great, would come back. ☺️

Place was very clean and pleasant. We felt comfortable and had everything we needed for our few days in Vienna. The location was perfect for walking into town and exploring the main attractions on foot or by subway.

Our stay at Michael's apartment was very pleasant. The apartment is located in a quiet area and is well connected by public Accessible by public transport. Thanks to the plants, we could sit in the shade on the terrace in the morning, the apartment is beautifully bright through the large windows. Opposite is currently being built from 7 am, but the windows keep out noise well. Shopping facilities are within walking distance. Everything was perfect for us, we'd love to come back.

Excellent location in a beautifully updated building. Comfortable space with a peaceful quiet private patio. Great bars and restaurants just at the corner. Highly recommend the corner pub!

Very pleasant and quiet flat.

We had a great time. The flat is spacious, charming, very clean and just minutes from the tram and Sbahn. There’s a small supermarket 3 minutes away. A couple of things don’t work (eg dishwasher) but it did not matter and this place is very good value for money.

A very nice, high-quality and tasteful apartment furnished with a lot of love for detail. Very pleasant landlords. An apartment to feel good. Very good access to public transport and the Danube bike path. So you can quickly get to Vienna by bike, 8 km, or bus.

We had a pleasant stay at Ursula's, who is a very friendly host. The apartment matches the photos, very quiet and very good location (metro, bus, tram and shops within walking distance). We recommend 100%.

The cozy apartment is part of Wolfgsng's apartment, which makes casual contact possible. The separate entrance ensures retreat and privacy at the same time. Perfect. The excellent windows keep all street noise out, the balcony invites you to share. Special highlight: a cozy double bunk bed. The shower and toilet are sparkling clean, work well. Due to the loose glass door/curtain partition, it is best suited for 2 people who are close to each other. The apartment is ideally located, Bim right in front of the house. The area invites you to stroll and discover, shop (the Brunnenmarkt is great), explore and enjoy (Yppenplatz). We will be happy to come back anytime.

I had stayed at many air b n b’s over the years and Wilfred’s place is probably the nicest I have ever stayed. He is a very helpful and incredibly nice. His place is located in a perfect part of town. Close to many restaurants and public transportation is just a few minutes away. If going to Vienna I highly recommend this flat and if I go back I most certainly would book this again.

Marion responded very quickly to all our questions before our stay. He welcomed us warmly and told us all the details about the house. The house was spotless and comfortable as it appears in the photos. Small gifts were also left. He also shared his own suggestions about the restaurants in the area. Everything was beautiful, if I come to Vienna again, I'd like to stay again.

This location is a wonderful neighborhood in Vienna and feels like its own village. The apartment is near transportation (10 min walk) and also has some nice areas for walking, Gudrun was very responsive. We had a couple small matters arise but they were quickly handled. She is very friendly and I would stay at this location again.
