Really enjoyed staying at Joe's place! Great location on the Mendocino Coast, an amazing place. Everything was as advertised and had no issues. Would stay again and enjoy the area a lot so I likely will.

We loved our stay in this cute water tower! We had a view of the nearby wildlife preserve from the upstairs bedroom window, and caught a glimpse of a couple of zebras. This spotlessly clean home had everything we needed, plush towels, an extremely comfortable bed, very organized and well-stocked kitchen, and a nice selection of coffee and assorted teas. With its convenient location we were able to walk to the nearby restaurants and shops. The instructions were detailed and easy to follow, and excellent communication from our host. We were fortunate to be greeted by their sweet dog which made our stay even more special! We hope to have an opportunity to visit and stay again soon!

This was a wonderful home base as we explored up and down the Northern California coast! It’s easy to get to and perfect for a couple looking to get away! Thank you Steve, for your warm hospitality!

I am someone who likes to take vacations in remote areas in the woods, and have been to 10-15 different AirBnBs to do so. Carolyn's is by far the coolest and coziest I have been to. I loved the setup, with a nice living room with fireplace as well as a spacious loft with extra beds and a couch to curl up on. It simultaneously felt like there was plenty of space and that it was cozy and intimate. The surrounding area is also great with beautiful beaches and a cute local town. 10/10!
