We are in a quiet hamlet 10 minutes from Dinard and 15 minutes from St Malo (the privateer city) and DINAN (medieval city). Close to the Estuary and banks of the Rance. Ideally located in the triangle of these 3 historic cities and a stone's throw from Cancale and Mont St Michel. Long live the Emerald Coast!

Easy parking, free on the street 140x190 bed, bathroom, kitchen (stovetop, ovens, permanent filter coffee makers, and Senseo ), kettle, hairdryer, wifi, radio, TV. Narrow spiral staircase from 2nd to 3rd floor (photos).

T2 Non-Smoking of 28m2 (16m2 Carrez) on the 2nd floor. ATTENTION: attic and steep stairs. Not accessible to people with reduced mobility or children Sleeping area with 140 bed Bright, in a small courtyard. Plage du Prieuré 2 min walk, bakery 100m, city center and market 10 min away. Free parking on the boulevard, bus stop is 100 M AWAY. This listing is located in an old house, the soundproofing is not perfect, you can be heard underneath. Thank you for your discretion

Studio flat, 28m2, located on the 1st floor of a quiet residence, bright, 5 min walk from the market, the moonlight stroll and the Prieuré beach, 10 min from the town centre and the Écluse beach. Free on-street parking. Accessibility : the studio is not wheelchair accessible. However, there is a lift in the building, which requires ten or so steps to be climbed beforehand. Independent access is possible via a secure key box. Wifi Rated 2 stars since 2020.
