Great location. Owner was responsive. House was clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. As building is old there is no elevator , stairs are narrow, be careful. I think house is small for 6 person. One big double bed in bedroom, another single bed in bedroom and one sofa in the living area, sofa is big and could be for 2 person.

Beautiful environment for this very nice and pleasant studio. It has all the necessities for a great stay. A sea view from the sublime garden that you can enjoy. A stone's throw from the city center and restaurants, with a beautiful walk on the Pointe d'Erquy. The welcome is very pleasant and friendly. Recommended without hesitation.

Highly recommended apartment, right on the sea - just 10 minutes to Duss in the center of Saint-Maliô intra muros. Free parking at the church 5 min walk - there is also a Carrefour City, which is open until 10 pm. Great apartment that offers everything, nice contact with Nathalie and Adam - great environment - highly recommended.

The unit is very well equipped and matches the listing. There are various very well designed spaces. The hot tub area is a real plus. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in this quiet country house but with a nice location since it is minutes from the road infrastructure making it easy to travel to Rennes and its surroundings. House particularly well maintained and very well equipped with quality utensils, accessories and furniture. Very friendly welcome and particularly responsive host.

Good safe private parking on site. House close to amenities including tourist office, all within easy walking distance.

Very good stay at Marie Noëlle and Joël's, both are very friendly and the house is nice. The basement play area is a plus. The only small downside is that the entire land is no longer accessible as shown in the photos.

The accommodation is perfect and has been completely renovated recently! The green and peaceful environment is pleasant and the enclosed garden for our furry friends was a real plus! On the other hand, the bedding is new and of good quality, a good sleep is guaranteed! Everything was great.

We had the pleasure of spending a weekend at Céline and Guillaume's. The house is very well designed, the bedrooms are large with two of them having a sea view, the kitchen is very well equipped (there is even a rice cooker), the garage allows you to park a vehicle without too much maneuvering. We immediately felt at home. Access to the sea is a real asset. The accommodation is very well located a few minutes from the shops, the nautical center and the hiking trail. We hope to be able to introduce this place to other people around us and over a longer period of time. Thanks again to our hosts.

A lovely apartment in a great location with stunning sea views, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, we highly recommend a visit.

A very good location to have access to Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo or Cancale: everything is nearby and the coast is not far. Good for a few days, as we were on the road and it's a little noisy. We enjoyed the terrace, pool and sauna. The whole people who take care of the place were lovely! Small amenities would be a plus (hairdryer, iron...). A quick snack service or a distributor would be super nice too, the local restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival and, after the road, we don't necessarily want to pick up the car for shopping. Great value for money! Thank you we'll most certainly be back. 😊

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back

We had a great week. The apartment is well located, very clean, very well appointed. Parking on the street and in front of the apartment free of charge. Le Sillon beach is about a 10 minute walk away. Thank you for your welcome, kindness and availability. We'll be there again.

Anne's apartment is a rare gem, spacious, quiet, bright, clean, very well equipped, there's everything, tastefully decorated, very charming, a very cute terrace, a parking space, there's really good energy and you feel good right away!! Ideally located for visiting Saint-Malo, there's everything you need nearby and 10 minutes from the old town, just perfect!
