We are 20 minutes from Dinard and St Malo, and 1 hour from Mont St Michel. With plenty of local knowledge, we can help you to plan your perfect stay in Brittany. With unspoilt beaches, medieval towns, and wonderful local markets on our doorstep, we have something to please everyone. Our gîte has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Set within a large private mature garden which is fully enclosed the cottage features a really comfortable interior making it the ideal place to visit all year round. Close to must see destinations such as Mont St Michel, St Malo, Cancale, Dinan, Rennes and the Normandy Beaches and war Memorials it is ideally located to explore everything that's on offer in this area of Brittany and Normandy.

Recent accommodation (T2) of 36m2 equipped with a living room with fitted kitchen, separate bedroom and shower room-WC. The 3rd guest is accommodated, if necessary, on an extra sofa bed in the living room. It is primarily intended for children. This very bright accommodation, overlooks a 200 m2 garden entirely dedicated to rental.

It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. 'Le Petit Lapin' is a private 'boutique' cottage next to my farmhouse in the small Breton village of Sains. Its exposed beams and stone walls reveal its rural character, but it has all the modern amenities as well as ecological credentials (heat pump & solar panels) and its own large terrace.
