Everything was perfect! We really appreciated the warm welcome from Philippe and his wife. They take great care of the hosts (kind attention to the welcome) and very kind to the children. The cottage was very clean and equipped with all the necessities "like at home", with high quality amenities. The garden is very well appointed with lots of children's games, garden furniture and very nice and flowery. We fully understand the success of this gite, which is amply merited.

Accommodation and magical environment... We felt like we left very far while we were in the same village as our 🏠 main house.. Soothing accommodation, very pleasant to stay there.... Matches the photos and description.... You can find everything and even more.... Bedding.... We felt like we were sleeping on a cloud.... This home in the heart of Perros-Guirec was perfect. Very close to amenities, it makes it easy to walk both to the port and the city center. The decor has been tastefully chosen and makes you feel at ease in a warm environment. The apartment is perfectly equipped. The host is very responsive which greatly facilitates the stay. When we arrived, a beautiful workbook with all the right addresses was waiting for us. Finally we keep a beautiful memory of this stay! Thank you Raphael!

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Pierre's apartment! They were more than adorable, even offering us to pick us up by car upon arrival. They answered our questions and were flexible on arrival and departure. The apartment was spotless, the location very peaceful. We took advantage of the surrounding area to ride a bike for 4 days. We recommend eyes a second thought!

We had a wonderful quiet stay with beautiful views. The terrace is nice for breakfast and aperitivo. I highly recommend this rental to visit the area.

Perfect location on the waterfront. Spectacular view of the huge beach of Rosaires. You can watch the sunrise from the living room sofa and fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The balcony on the entrance/living room side serves as a passage for very discreet neighbors. It didn't bother us. And the balcony on the bedroom side is private with a real sea view. Philippe is a very friendly and responsive host and offers very good advice. Great restaurants are within walking distance. Loved our stay.

Very good stay. Responsive hosts, available. Clean, well-arranged, good location, close to the sea and quiet. If we were to return to this area we would go back without hesitation!!
