The GR34 runs along our town bordered by beaches and there are many ideas for outings (Bréhat Island, Perros Guirec, the Château de la Roche Jagu, the Plougrescant Gouffre, the Talbert Furrow, a geological site unique in Europe). New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.

(Minimum one week in summer) Located in the heart of a classified site on the coast, and on the famous GR 34: the customs officers' trail. Unique in its location; absolute peace and quiet with sea views and beach access!

Tiny house located on private land, very close to the GR 34, in the municipality of Lanmodez. It consists of an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and dry toilet. For sleeping, there is a mezzanine for 2 people and a second for 1 child, and a sofa bed. Outside, a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and deckchairs.
