In the heart of the village of Pleubian (listed as a Monument of France), "La baleine en bois" is a charming little typical Breton house with refined decor. On the ground floor, there is a cozy living room; on the 1st floor, a well-equipped kitchen and a small shower room; on the 2nd floor, a bedroom in the attic accessible via an old spiral staircase (not suitable for people with mobility issues). Shops are on site. Beaches 1 km. Charm guaranteed by the sea.

New 71 m2 house, bright, located halfway between the village and the beach. The house consists of a large living room (living room-kitchen), a bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one with mezzanine). A large terrace on the south and west sides allows you to enjoy the sun. The environment is very quiet (agricultural road), the house is away from the road and without any neighbors. You have a view of the surrounding crops and a small sea view.
