We spent 5 nights and felt very comfortable. Easy check-in, friendly and accommodating hostess (unfortunately we did not meet her in person, as everything was done remotely, but always perfect). The interior is lovingly put together and tastefully selected. Ideal accommodation for 5 days, close to the sea, to gastronomy (5 - 10 Kin by car), parking in the yard. Absolutely recommended for couples.

The location of the place is really great and the view is also great. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Amenities are ok. One disadvantage is that the apartment is very audible. Since we had little luck in the weather, we had to spend more time indoors with our children, which disturbed the neighbors even though our children were not overly loud. The stairs that many have reported are really no problem and easy to do with children. It's also good to know that the parking lot is a little further away. So you have to unpack the car a few times, you should keep that in mind.

There were two of us with our shepherd mix dog here for twelve days. The reception was very friendly and uncomplicated. Nada was accessible at all times and helped with all questions. There was nothing in the apartment. The location is great, it's quiet and you're not far into town. There are many shops and great restaurants nearby. We'll be happy to come back anytime

We had an extraordinary experience with an amazing couple. Andrej and Polona welcomed us with all their heart and made us feel so much at home. The place is so peaceful and quiet, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, very clean and has everything you need. Thank you for everything, the great food, your time, lots of intense and deep talks and especially the bond you had with our little son. We had a great time at Ružica’s apartment. It is a cozy house with nice garden, barbecue and hot tube. We will 100% recommend this apartment to our friends, it was very close to Krk island - like 10 minutes to cross the bridge.

Quiet little house in the city center

The house you stay in, colorful and varied, is a real gem. Inside it is small and very cozy, outside it enjoys a large green space. The real treat, however, are the owners, Sinisa and his wife: always very helpful, even wanting to drive us to the beach, always willing to have a chat, always ready to offer a coffee and willing to drink it together with newcomers. And even the kitten Marvel is very friendly! We couldn't have made a better choice for staying in Rijeka!❤️

During our 2 week stay in Matulji, we had such a great time and our Airbnb hosts were accommodating and very friendly. The apartment had all housing items needed during our time and it was the perfect size for two people. One of the best perks of staying here was being able to utilize the patio and grill amenities to enjoy our meals and spend evenings outside. At various times we did have questions for recommendations and our hosts were very prompt in offering suggestions. Our favorite restaurant recommendations were Mala Riba, Oštarija Osojnak, and Pizzeria Rustica. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend others to reserve with Snježana.

We spent a “quality” time at Ksenija's. Her beautiful personality and program offers enriched her time there. The house is almost on the beach and the beach is also a few minutes away. The only thing that was the car was a problem, but Ksenija helped with that, too. True, we parked a little further from the accommodation. However, we received a bus schedule from him, so we switched quickly and organized our excursions in the area ( Opatija, Brsec, Lovran, Moscenice, etc.) by bus, and it was still a great experience. It was a nice day!

The owner Alemka was very kind to wait until I arrived with a very late flight. Thank you for this! The location itself is great close to center and 2 supermarkets are close. Overall a very good experience and 5 stars, but for longer stays I would recommend something with a kitchen. Something else: if you wanna work from here, please be aware that WIFI connection isn‘t that stable and reliable. Thx!

We moved into the apartment in early October and had a great week. The terrace is super large, hardly visible and offers great opportunities for enjoying the great weather in the evening. The location of the apartment is great, barely 2 minutes walk to the harbor, where everything takes place in Malinska. Through the hostess you can't find a bad word, super nice and accessible at any time. Every time we needed something or a question was open, she was available and immediately available. We can only recommend this apartment!

One of the best places we stayed! :) Absoltly quiet to sleep, very clean, good AC, mosquito net on the window, cozy terrass with nice view. Located in the middle of the island, so by car you are everywhere fast. We got a warm welcome by Lilly. Totally recommend this place :)

The landlord was extremely nice. He and his wife went out of their way to make sure everything worked out. There were also a few friends and that wasn't a problem either. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The apartment also smells very fresh and pleasant. Climate works perfectly and the spaces are very large. Overall, it was very nice there and thanks again to Drazén and his wife :)

Very nice hospitable couple, who invited us as soon as we went to the restaurant for a schnapps / brandy. The room is very clean, the bed huge and the bathroom large and modern. We made a stopover here on the way to Split. It was very nice at Dubravka that we would have liked to stay longer Breakfast for €10 in the morning was very good. However, the Airbnb was not easy to find as the noted Google Maps spot was not up to date.
