Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in dem Haus. Das Highlight waren die spontanen Besuche der Wildpferde. Das Haus liegt abgelegen im Wald, ca 30 Minuten braucht man bis zum nächsten Strand. Die Landschaft ist sehr schön.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich top und die Aussicht ist auch toll. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Ein Nachteil ist, dass die Wohnung sehr hellhörig ist. Da wir wettertechnisch nur wenig Glück hatten mussten wir uns mit unseren Kindern vermehrt drinnen aufhalten, das hat die Nachbarn gestört obwohl unsere Kinder nicht übertrieben laut waren. Die Treppenstufen von den viele berichtet haben sind nun wirklich kein Problem und easy auch mit Kindern zu machen. Gut zu wissen ist noch, dass der Parkplatz etwas weiter weg ist. Man muss also beim Auto auspacken paar mal laufen, das sollte man beachten.

Wir haben 5 Nächte verbracht und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einfacher Check-In, freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin (leider haben wie sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, da alles per remote erledigt wurde, aber immer perfekt). Das Interieur ist liebevoll zusammengestellt und geschmackvoll ausgesucht. Für 5 Tage ideale Unterkunft, nah zum Meer, zu Gastronomie (5 - 10 Kin mit dem Auto), Parkplatz im Hof. Absolute Empfehlung für Paare.

Da wir nur knapp 2jährigen Zwillingen gereist sind, hofften wir auf ein bisschen mehr Platz am Strand. Die steilen Anhänge zum Meer waren auch nicht ganz einfach für uns. Zudem hat uns ein Magen-Darm Virus erwischt, was wiederum in dieser Unterkunft äußert angenehm war, weil wir ausreichend Platz hatten. Zudem regnete es 2 Tage sehr viel und wir konnten die schöne Terrasse dennoch wunderbar nutzen, mit allen 4 Kindern. izidor und Dragana war sehr hilfsbereit und hatten gute Tipps! Von hier aus kann man sehr leicht Krk erreichen und so hatten wir am Ende noch wunderschöne Zeiten an ruhigeren Buchten, abseits der Trubels.

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserer Schäfermix Hündin hier für zwölf Tage. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und verlief unkompliziert. Nada war jederzeit erreichbar und hat bei allen Fragen weitergeholfen. Im Apartment hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist super, es ist ruhig und man hat nicht weit in die Stadt. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und super Restaurants in der Nähe. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

We had an extraordinary experience with an amazing couple. Andrej and Polona welcomed us with all their heart and made us feel so much at home. The place is so peaceful and quiet, beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, very clean and has everything you need. Thank you for everything, the great food, your time, lots of intense and deep talks and especially the bond you had with our little son. La casetta in cui si alloggia, colorata e variopinta, è un vero e proprio gioiellino. All’interno è piccola e molto accogliente, all’esterno gode di un ampio spazio verde. La vera chicca sono però i proprietari, Sinisa e sua moglie: sempre molto disponibili, addirittura da volerci accompagnare in auto fino alla spiaggia, sempre disposti a fare due chiacchiere, sempre pronti ad offrire un caffè e volenterosi di berlo insieme ai nuovi arrivati. E anche il gattino Marvel è molto socievole! Scelta migliore per soggiornare a Rijeka non potevamo farla!❤️

During our 2 week stay in Matulji, we had such a great time and our Airbnb hosts were accommodating and very friendly. The apartment had all housing items needed during our time and it was the perfect size for two people. One of the best perks of staying here was being able to utilize the patio and grill amenities to enjoy our meals and spend evenings outside. At various times we did have questions for recommendations and our hosts were very prompt in offering suggestions. Our favorite restaurant recommendations were Mala Riba, Oštarija Osojnak, and Pizzeria Rustica. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend others to reserve with Snježana.

War ein sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt. Direkter Zugang zum Meer, sehr schöner Ausblick mit Sonnenuntergang. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad aber nicht direkt dabei. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hätte uns das dann gestört. aber da denkt ja jeder anders. Auto braucht man aber um in den Ort zu kommen. Da die Straße zu laufen etwas ungemütlich ist wegen dem Verkehr.

"Minőségi" időt töltöttünk el Ksenijánál.Kedves személyisége, programajánlatai gazdagították az ott töltött időt. A ház szinte a tengerparton van, a strand is pár percre. Egyedül a gépkocsi elhelyezése volt gond, de Ksenija ebben is segített. Igaz, a szállástól kicsit távolabb parkoltunk. Viszont kaptunk tőle buszmenetrendet, így gyorsan váltottunk, s környékbeli kirándulásainkat ( Opatija, Brsec,Lovran, Moscenice stb.) busszal szerveztük, s így is nagy élmény volt. Szép napok voltak!

The owner Alemka was very kind to wait until I arrived with a very late flight. Thank you for this! The location itself is great close to center and 2 supermarkets are close. Overall a very good experience and 5 stars, but for longer stays I would recommend something with a kitchen. Something else: if you wanna work from here, please be aware that WIFI connection isn‘t that stable and reliable. Thx!

Wir sind Anfang Oktober in das Apartment gezogen und wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Die Terrasse ist super groß, kaum einzusehen und bietet super Möglichkeiten abends noch das tolle Wetter zu genießen. Die Lage des Apartments ist toll, kaum 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Hafen, wo sich in Malinska alles abspielt. Über die Gastgeberin kann man kein schlechtes Wort finden, super nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Jedes Mal wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben oder eine Frage offen stand, war sie erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle. Wir können dieses Apartment nur weiterempfehlen!

One of the best places we stayed! :) Absoltly quiet to sleep, very clean, good AC, mosquito net on the window, cozy terrass with nice view. Located in the middle of the island, so by car you are everywhere fast. We got a warm welcome by Lilly. Totally recommend this place :)

Barbara und Ihre Familie waren wirklich sehr freundliche und nett. Sie haben alles gemacht, um einen sehr guten Aufenthalt zu haben. Das Zimmer ist perfekt, das Bad sehr sauber und hell, und die Terrasse wunderbar mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick! Das Frühstück war auch wirklich lecker! Wir wollten einfach im Rab bleiben... Total empfehlenswert!!!

Der Vermieter war extrem nett. Er und seine Frau haben sich alle Mühe gegeben dass immer alles gepasst hat. Es sind auch mal ein paar Freunde gekommen und das war auch kein Problem. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung riecht auch sehr frisch und angenehm. Klima funktioniert perfekt und die Räume sind sehr groß. Im großen und ganzen war es sehr schön dort und nochmals vielen lieben Dank an Drazén und seine Frau :)

Sehr liebes gastfreundliches Pärchen, welches uns sobald wir uns ins Restaurant auf einen Schnaps / Brandy einluden. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, das Bett riesig und das Bad groß und modern. Wir haben hier auf dem Weg nach Split einen Tag Zwischenstopp gemacht. Es war sehr schön bei Dubravka, dass wir gern länger geblieben wären Frühstück für 10€ am Morgen war sehr gut. Allerdings war das air bnb nicht leicht zu finden, da der vermerkte Googlemaps Spot nicht aktuell war.

Die Unterkunft war exakt wie auf den Fotos sehr ansprechend, gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Alles war für uns vorbereitet, sogar eine Kaffeemaschine wurde uns auf unsere Nachfrage noch besorgt. Der Jaccuzi hat uns super gefallen und war frisch geputzt und eingelassen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub ☀️
