House vacation rentals in Plaža Crikvenica

Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

The four of us spent three nights here. Unique house. Great amenities. Stylish decor. Smooth communication with the hosts. For us, the living room and kitchen were unfortunately a little too dark in the evening or too bright with the ceiling lamps switched on. And the outside area is still a little uncomfortable. We still felt very comfortable and highly recommend it to everyone.

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

The house is very nice, clean and maintained. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – modern bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen and our highlight: the outdoor kitchen. There is also a lot for children – playground, large pool, kicker, billiards, table tennis and more. The host René was always available and helpful. When something broke, he quickly came by and fixed it. During the stay, he also cleaned the pool once. He was already waiting for us at check-in, we could even check in earlier. As a welcome, there was a large cheese and sausage platter, bread, cake, wine and drinks – very generous. He also brought cake again later. The late check-out in the middle of the night was also no problem. The location is quiet and a bit remote, the access via the mountains a bit curvy – but the sea can be reached in about 15 minutes, Opatija in about 20 minutes. Overall a great stay, we would come back.

A beautiful place to relax with friends or family. The house is unique and furnished with a lot of love for detail. It is exceptionally clean and the two kitchens (indoor and outdoor) are equipped with all the amenities! The garden is beautiful and well maintained and the outdoor kitchen incl. stone oven and very large dining area invites you to a cozy get-together. From the pool, you have a beautiful view of the surroundings, mountains, plants and the sea. We felt very comfortable! :)

The accommodation is just like in the pictures, perfect for a vacation. Beautiful panorama from the balcony. Since the accommodation is high, it is worth taking into account that it is a little tiring to walk up from the center, from the beach, but it did not cause us any problems. There are a few things that should be fixed, remedied, but we had a good time regardless.

A stylishly furnished house in a quiet location with beautiful views!

CityZEN accomodation has really pleasantly surprised my whole family. Firstly, the location is amazing and convenient, close to all the shops, restaurants, bus station and the beach. The accommodation itself has everything that you need for your stay; it is very comfortable and welcoming. It is very convenient for travelling with small children, as there was a high chair, cot, children tableware and toys available for our use. We really enjoyed the rooftop in the evenings and appreciated the little extra touches to surprise both children and adults. Slavica, we also really appreciated your wonderful approach; you always responded very quickly to our queries, provided us with recommendations to transport as well as restaurants, and were very supportive, understanding, and welcoming. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back. I will recommend your place to further family and friends.

We were allowed for 1. May with 3m baby. We had no problem adjusting and it was as comfortable as home. The apartment exceeded our expectations, we were met by the clean and tidy. I was extremely fond of the fact that there was a washing machine, a large fridge and a grill on the terrace and a privates Jacuzzi. You need a car to access the location, because of the "hill" , and we also walked one evening into the city for a walk, and if a little sporty nature is not a problem to get up there. We thank the host, it was lovely. ☺️

Very nice and beautiful villa! Its a little bit further away from the city Crikvenica with a beautiful view on it. Having a car is absolutely necessary tho. Would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic location, hosts, and home. One of the very best air BNB stays we have had. Hosts go out of their way. Above and beyond. Highly recommend.

We have spent 9 days at the Lavanda House and it was a fantastic experience. The house is so well decorated in every single detail that you feel at home (actually the owner used it for herself before, and you can feel it). Nice small garden (figs and olives trees) to enjoy the sun, covered terrace with wooden table for the breakfast and a gorgeous terrace on 1st floor for the master bedroom. The location is also very nice: 5 min (really!) by foot, just crossing the road and then going down the stairs directly on the beach. During our stay we visited Krk, Vrbnik and Pivitce lakes (2h30 drive but it’s worth the journey). And it’s a heaven for SUP lovers. Only attention point is that the owner has her own holiday house just next to Lavanda house (quite visible on Google maps) which means that the two outside spaces have direct view on their own garden, with only partial fence. It limits a bit the privacy but they are very discreet so it did not bother us at all. I recommend!

Host replies to messages super quick. This allowed us to book the apartment at short notice. The contact was very nice and there was always a quick response and helped with questions. The apartment is new and very chic. The kitchen is very well-equipped and there are plenty of dishes etc. The apartment is in a quiet location and you had your peace. We felt very comfortable there and would love to come back again at any time.

We had Villa Jelena at the end of May 2025 and did not regret the booking. In short: Sabina is a dream of hostess, a very nice person and we quickly took her to heart because she was always approachable and helpful - without being intrusive. The place itself was picobello clean, nothing was missing and we immediately felt comfortable and "at home". The garden property with many olive trees, the diverse seating/resting areas and the wonderful pool ensures the perfect holiday feeling. Thank you Sabina, we will be back.

We really loved this fairytale house and felt like we were in another world. I was very excited because the pictures are so great. But the reality was even better. The furnishings are absolutely top notch, nothing is missing. Our children loved the intricate architecture and the wooden staircases. Although we were unlucky with the weather and it was really cold and rainy, we really enjoyed our stay as the house is wonderfully warm. We LOVED the Outdoor kitchen. There's a wonderful wood-fired oven there, where we baked bread and made stew directly on the fire. Our favorite place. We would have liked to use the pool more often, but the weather didn't quite play ball. But as soon as it warmed up, we went straight in and that was great too. We can warmly and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful house. The hosts are very nice, help immediately and are really uncomplicated ❤️. If you're not just looking for a place to sleep, but a house full of love and magic, this is the place for you 💕

Absolutely fantastic place to stay in. Great private location with driveable distance to beautiful local beaches. We used this place to explore the coastal beaches from BASKA in KRK (about 1hr 20min) to MAKARSKA (around 4hrs). MARIN is a Great Person. He is very responsive and always friendly. The house is a real gem, even on the last day we discovered small details that I had previously missed. We enjoyed the ambiance that took us back two centuries, and that with modern amenities. When you come here, please pay attention to the surroundings, because they are of lasting value. Hospitality is reminiscent of the good old days that have almost disappeared from today's world. Vesna welcomed us as if we were her family with the grandchildren. Thanks again for the wonderful vacation.
