The only bad thing was that on the terrace there was a huge box that practically occupied it completely. We had to clean the beach chairs because they were dusty. Otherwise, the apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator, this was not a problem for us. It was very clean and is exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, very close to the beach. Lorenzo was attentive at all times and his service was very friendly.

The place is as shown in the photos. Very cozy and super clean. Spacious and comfortable. With a large balcony/terrace overlooking the very quiet garden area. The breakfasts there were ideal. The residential complex is very quiet and we had a great time with the kids. Plus, it has a park that was the best! They also loved the tennis courts and soccer fields. The beach is very close and it has a very cool boat-shaped park. Daniel was very helpful at all times and gave us ideas for things to do and places to eat (gluten-free as we had requested) We'll be back for sure.

Comfortable for families with children. :) close to the beach, with access to accessories, i.e. umbrellas, chairs, beach cart. Next to a playground and numerous playgrounds on the beach. Quiet neighborhood, friendly and welcoming. Great contact with the host. We'll remember this stay as a great one. :)

High quality apartment, very clean, well maintained, spacious and had everything needed for extended stay. The balcony area was stunning with views of beach, sea and pool area. The apartment complex safe, secure and very well maintained with large pool which was very comfortable to relax around. Located in a residential area which was quiet and everything needed close by for great holiday. Minutes from the beautiful beach, short walk to many lovely restaurants, bars and supermarket, as well as walkway along beach front. A bus stop outside complex takes you to port area and Gandia town which offers even more choices. Our hosts were exceptional in their support before we arrived, facilitating an early morning checkin with clear instructions and a personal visit to show us around, making many recommendations which all were great. They were also very responsive to any questions. We really appreciated the extra effort to make our last day comfortable after checkout and enjoy facilities
